It’s a very classy small town with stunning bays, impressive private boats visiting, plenty of water-sport activities and countless little boats taking people to islands and to/from Dubrovnik. Also plenty of restaurant and bar options. Water was a lovely temperature to swim in (Sept). It is so close to the airport, which is very convenient. We weren’t planning to hire a car but ended up doing so because it was necessary to get to a decent/large supermarket (Lidl). We found the small supermarkets in Cavtat were unsuitable if you’re self-catering (limited choice and pricey). The car meant we could explore more too. We would highly recommend a trip to Molunat. It was stunning, quiet, and take your swimming stuff. Also, Mlini and Sebreno were also beautiful.Guest review byKennyUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Cavtat is a beautiful place, with many attractions great for walking and relaxing. It is very easy to get around, you can take the water taxi to visit Dubrovnik or local bus. The town with 2 personalities, on one side is a sleepy fishing village feel, on the other is the night life, yachts and hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the beach, walking the city, eating gelato and excellent dining.Guest review byJosh - 10.0

Clean and safe area! Very good if you are looking for sun and swimming, without partylife. Good food and a trip to Dubrovnik old town in middle of the week, makes a one week trip enjoyable and resting! Good and safe beaches for families with both smaller, as well as bigger kids. Bathing shoes highly recommended due to stones in the sand beach and, in some places, sea urchins. Recommending restaurant Kabalero in beginning of ”center”. Jumbo pizza 20 EUR(bring doggy bag back to appartment…) Only 10-15 minutes to AirPort, at 25 EUR.Guest review byRobertSweden - 10.0

Cavtat is a place if you want to have beautiful sunset view. Locals are really helpful and friendly. Only thing we missed the local market in the area. We rented a car so going yo grocery shopping was easy for us.Guest review bySanjay

Host is an absolutely adorable lady from UK who has lived in Croatia for many years and she welcomed with open arms. Our space was a little flat with lounge room, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen and balcony. It was nice to have lots of space. Location is a short walk away from the town which is so cute and lively.
