Dawn was very hospitable from the moment we arrived , she showed us around and was very thorough . There’s a cat sunny that lives on the property that was an extra bonus for me as I’m a cat person and was missing my own , he was very friendly and cute . The breakfast was a special touch and delicious and Dawn made sure we had a taxi at 5:30 for departure. This was my 1st time ever staying in a bed and breakfast and Dawn made the stay 5 stars!

We LOVED everything! Delores was an amazing hostess! Breakfasts were over the top. There was a lovely sitting area outside. Our room was cozy and clean. I would visit again and highly recommend this bnb.

Airport is so efficient and staff are professional .Security is done so efficiently, a really painless experience and so much better that other airports. The local road system is a joy and well signposted. Our stay at Oakwood hotel was just lovely and staff were really great, always available and ultra helpful. The hotel was peaceful, comfortable and food of excellent quality.

We flew in to Shannon from London & used it as jumping off point to other areas in & south of Shannon. Convenient location. People we encountered were very friendly there, & really everywhere we went over our 4 days on the island.

We very much enjoyed are stay in are accommodation near Shannon Airport, we wasn't expecting it to be so lovely at Carrygerry Country House Hotel. It only took 12 minutes to drive to it from the airport and nicely welcomed at the door by Gillian and shown to are room.

We were flying out of Shannon Airport so travelled up from Cork and stayed overnight at Treacys Oakwood Hotel, beautiful hotel with beautiful staff, I cannot fault it at all, we left out cars at the hotel and got a taxi to the airport.. talk about comfort!!. We have been spoilt.

Shannon Airport was our point of entry and departure from Ireland. We stayed only on the night before departure. There is little to do in this town, but we found lovely accommodations to stay close to the airport the night before our flight home at the CarryGary country house. We also found a nice little pub/restaurant called O'Reagans in the Shannon Town Centre. The food was just ok, but the staff were super.

Shannon is a great place to fly in and out of. Much better than the hustle and bustle in Dublin. Also, the area is beautiful and has all the things a traveler could want in the way of restaurants, accommodations, sights, and beautiful countryside.
The breakfast was very good, food was Fresh. The hotel was close to the airport which is great, the staff were really helpful and polite. When we highlighted the issues the following morning the staff were receptive and agreed fully with our level of dissatisfaction. Patrick was at the desk and handled our complaint and couldn't have been nicer.The manager (Martin) followed up with a call the following day, he accepted full responsibility, made no excuses, and apologised for the negative experience, we received a full refund.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shannon Springs, it was amazing value for money and very easy to access Limerick and other surrounding areas.
The staff were amazing, so friendly and they really couldn’t do enough. The food at the Old Lodge was also really lovely and had great vegan options.
The rooms were very clean and super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The food in the Restaurant is good and not overpriced, you will be served be served by a young professional team from the hospitality school of management.
Our room was big, clean and very comfortable.
We used this as a base to explore the Rock of Cashel and Limerick before our departure from Shannon airport. It is a bright, cheery property with a friendly host and a delicious breakfast served promptly. There is a pleasant restaurant with a large menu across the street for dinner. Guests have access to a comfortable lounge with tea and coffee facilities.
location is excellent for an early flight. food is outstanding; dinner and breakfast were fantastic, great value, great flavor. rooms are very clean and comfortable. and to top it off the staff were exceptional; friendly and helpful; an absolute pleasure to be in the Shannon springs hotel from check in to check out. would 100% recommend
Loved the whole style of the hotel. Rooms were fab and the bathroom was so nice. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of staying in co Clare. owners work hard at making your stay enjoyable. both owners reached out to us in conversation with information and ideas. being in ireland for the first time, this was valuable to my wife and i, an early check in after a long overnight flight meant a lot towards enhancing our first day survival.
Great modern and comfortable hotel close to the motorway and airport in Shannon. Good food and cocktails in the bar. Breakfast had a good selection both cereal, pastries and hot cooked to order. Staff were very friendly and hotel was extremely clean. Highly recommend.
The location was excellent. Reachable from Shannon Airport in minutes and to other areas in Shannon region. The hosts were very helpful as we had a delayed flight in the middle of the night... they waited for us until we arrived. Will surely recommend.
