The breakfast was acceptable, could it be better. The staff was wonderful, though, very friendly. We could not figure why the Wi-Fi did not work. It is a great location outside of the walled city.

It was beautiful and easy to reach with ample parking. It was full of old world charm. I was meeting friends who stayed at Civitella Ranieri and I was able to drive between the two easily. Breakfast was excellent.

Not many particular things to like… Swimming pool is a plus, but could have less consistency of chlorine. Pretty nice surrounding but completely isolated from the civilization. Beautiful small truffle catcher dog, but kept in a tiny doghouse.

Maureen and Glyn are very welcoming hosts! We've been eating dinner together and we had our traditional "tea time", because there from the UK. The homemade breakfast was incredible! So far the best during my trip in Italia with fresh fruits and homemade bread. If you're looking for a place in the nature, this place has everything you need: beautiful views of the mountains in Umbria, a bus connection to visit Perugia and Gubbio and a quiete place to sleep. Just be aware, that there's nothing else in the area. So buying some food or going to a restaurant requires time, if you're just by your own, walking the Camino or if you're dependent on busses. I can highly recommend staying here! I've combined 2 nights, after visiting Perugia.
