We liked the old style decor of the house. The property was close to Venice(30 min by rental car). We found a supermarket Prix Discount at 4 min by car which was convenient for grocery shopping.

If you would not insist on living in Venice islands, the location is very good. From the hotel you can easily go to the Venice islands by train, and there are just so many trains that you usually wait for 10-15 mins and there is one. Moreover, even it is close to the train station, it is still very cozy and safe nearby! - At least during our visit (in the middle of April).

I would invest in this prpty if I could. Busy busy!! Very well mngd. Couldn’t be closer to stazione. Assoc ristorante not fancy not exp but excellante. Perfect base forVenezia proper and for cruise embarcation.
