I was able to walk the canals, visit stores and see the sites easily from the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was lovely and had lots of options, including lactose free milk.

Overall, very good stay for 3 nights. Excellent location in the city, close to center and train station, easy to find. Very nice staff, smooth check in/check-out process. Room was simple, but had all the necessities for short stay.

The hotel was extremely difficult to find since there is only a tiny sign on the street. We spent over an hour outside the hotel looking for it. There is no lobby or common area in the hotel. Our room had only 1 desk chair to sit on, so it was very unpleasant for us as a couple to spend time in the room or the hotel. Unlike what is posted on booking.com, our room had no safe. The mattress was longer than the bed frame, making lying or sitting on the bed uncomfortable. After 4 nights at the hotel, we were moved to a much more pleasant room for the last night. The hotel is centrally located. The hotel staff were very courteous.
