Make sure to visit the Pilotta Palace, which houses the National Gallery of Parma. In the gallery you will find the small but exquisite 'La Scapigliata', 'The Lady with Dishevelled Hair', an unfinished oil painting attributed to Leonard da Vinci and sharing the same mysterious beauty as the Mona Lisa.
