The breakfast was OK, from 07:30-09:30. The staff was really friendly. The location, if you want to see the old town, was great. You can walk all the way to the top, in both directions. You can also walk half-way and then take the tram at Funicolare Città Alta (usually long queue). I will post tourist map, X marks the Hotel. There is free street-parking close to the hotel, and also a pay-parking if you can't find any spots in the free one. There is bus stop right next to the hotel. I post picture of the bus routes (It's hard to read, www.atb.bergamo.it for more info). The restaurant, in the same building, was also really good food
Convenience of access to or from A4 Autostrada. Dalmine exit and it's only a couple of minutes away.

Check in and out procedure was efficient, same lady, who was most helpful.
Can't really comment further as it was simply a place to spend the night before starting our journey the next morning.
Fuel station next door so ideal for filling up the rental car before returning it or topping up the tank for onward travel.

Despite being alongside the A4, the hotel is well soundproofed.
We came in at 22:30 and luckily the kitchen was still open, the chef made us a plate of spaghetti and 2 glasses of wine in 5 minutes. Some of the best Italian food I’ve had. They were able to order us a taxi at 4:30 so we didn’t have to plan an Uber ahead of time. All in all an amazing hotel experience
It is pretty clean, classic room,friendly stuff. I totally recommend if you are traveling with friends/partner. it is pretty far from bergamo city center and from the airport. You make aroud 10-15 min from airport with taxi (20-€25) and from GHP to bergamo is the same amount but in 20 min.
In general, the location is good, but at the time of our arrival, the street was closed due to reconstruction, so it was difficult to find the access with navigation. We were very helped by the host who found us lost and showed us another access to the apartment.
The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The owner was really very kind and nice. We had no trouble checking in at 10pm. Access to Bergamo approx. 20 minutes by city bus. From Stezzano, we could also easily reach Lake Garda by train.
The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was large and I didn't hear anything from outside despite my room facing the highway. Everything was very clean (room, bathroom and the hotel overall). Great breakfast.
The staff here is exceptional. We needed a lot of assistant (due to a delayed flight) and the receptionists helped us a lot, and always with a good attitude and patience. Same goes for the restaurant in the hotel.
We have stayed here several times, just overnight stays whilst in transit. It has always been good value and spotlessly clean. Staff are very good. Good location for Bergamo flights and motorways
