Hotel was 2 blocks from main street and restaurants. Unfortunately, this trip they were redoing the main street with sidewalks and road so it was a little hard to get around and a lot of the shops were closed due to construction. When this is completed that area will be great. The hotel was great and everyone, including guests were friendly, also it was quiet.

La Ribereña is located in the shores of the Chapala Lagoon and 5 minutes’ drive from Ajijic Town Center. It features a swimming pool, sun terrace, BBQ facilities and free Wi-Fi throughout.

It was very quiet and relaxing. We had a very enjoyable stay here. Everyone could not do enough for us. Would highly recommend it but you do need to rent a car.
