I personally did not like that the lost and found department...
I personally did not like that the lost and found department are not reliable. I left my information to front desk for them to call me back regarding my adidas shoes and pants I left In my room, However no call was ever returned. I won’t be staying here, there has to be more respect for people’s belongings that are left behind. It’s a hotel these type of situations happen, and for them not to return your items is wrong.

We were only there to go shopping for the local leather...
We were only there to go shopping for the local leather goods. We did go out for dinner at the Sky Lounge. There is lots of visible poverty that makes it a little unsettling at times. Bicycle commuters use the pedestrian sidewalks instead of incorporating with traffic as they should. Risk your life on the sidewalks.

Having a car, the location is also good: it is in the border of a main road allowing to not go through traffics inside the city. The ladies of the reception during my stay were informative and kind. Although the technical problem (toilet water reservory, tap water of the sink, insulation), they were helpful.

The two restaurants down the street are incredible. One is a steakhouse and the other is an Italian restaurant.
