The hotel was immaculately clean from the entrance all the way to the room! The location is great; there’s a BP gas station and McDonald’s right beside the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was GREAT for it being a FREE breakfast. They had French toast, Belgian waffles, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, oatmeal with TONS of topping options, cereal, etc. The French toast was my favorite! Can’t stress the cleanliness of this hotel enough.. my family and I were very impressed!

Clean, easy check in and check out, good breakfast.
I left my glasses in my room. I have contacted this hotel five different times at least! I have asked them to send them to me, I will pay for shipping! I have been told repeatedly that I cannot have them sent to me that they are not allowed to send them to me! That I will need to come back and pick them up I am traveling for months I will not even be back in that area! Every time I call the manager is not in I can't even leave a message for the manager. I'm very very disappointed they are prescription pair of glasses that I need!
The location of the property was great. The hotel was clean as a whole. The indoor pool was awesome, with a decent non-slip pool deck. The bed and pillows were comfy. LOVED the shampoo/conditioner and dove mini bar for the complimentary toiletries. The staff was friendly, there was a lady behind the counter, as we left Monday morning, and we was so kind. Her well wishes felt genuine and warm.
Hotel was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but hot foods were often understocked during higher demand periods. An extra staff person at breakfast would improve the situation as well as more frequent food stock checks
The room was comfortable and nice. It satisfied our needs for the night. The breakfast was the best of the previous hotels that we had stayed at recently. It actually had a waffle maker. However, there were slim pickings for other items.
I couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was phenomenal. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The price was VERY fair for everything that we received at this hotel. The staff was very helpful.
This is my 4th visit to the Louisville area and this is my 3rd time staying at the Quality Inn at Brooks. I will continue to stay there everything in the area. Keep up the great work
