The hotel is very convenient to the Monroeville area, yet not located on the main road. Parking is pretty solid at the hotel and the room was very nice and spacious. Everything was in working order in the room and checking in and out was pretty easy as well.

Absolutely nothing. I arrived at the property at 9:00 after traveling 4 hours to get there for a dance comp. When I got to the desk the staff was very rude. Said I didn’t have a room after showing them my confirmation they said it really wasn’t their problem. This is after I had paid in advance. We ended up having to travel 27 miles away to another hotel with no refund of money and pay for another hotel.

Excellent location with tons to do around the area. The staff was very welcoming, and the lady in the dining room serving breakfast was very nice. Hotel was y der construction but everything was very well maintained and was not in the way of the guests. Very good breakfast selection as well!

It was a beautiful property. The room worked for what we needed. The shower was wonderful. The breakfast was very good and in line with other restaurants.

breakfast and a clean room; and convenient parking
The hotel is extremely run down. My room had rust in the bathroom, hair on the air conditioner, countertops were sticky, sheets had burn holes, a raised crust and blood spots. I asked to have someone clean it and no staff was available. They changed my room and the next room was an “upgrade”. There was a non-working hot tub in the middle of the room, more black hairs on the sheets and the bathroom had bugs and more hair in the tub and toilet. When I went back to the desk, a new person was working and told me they were out of new rooms. I asked for new sheets, went back to the original room and changed my own sheets. Slept with no blanket, socks and clothing on and left the next day horrified.
There is no way I would ever stay there again. Should I mention that it eas $180/night??
Very disappointed and disgusted.

Someone owes me $50 for the differential between the room...
Someone owes me $50 for the differential between the room rates for the nights of July 1,2 and 3 and the changed dates of July 2,3 and 4. It should not have taken me several emails to change the reservation dates to begin with, but when we did, the charge should have been adjusted downward by $50. The facility says that they cannot make that adjustment, only Booking.Com can do that...so I will not be using Booking.com again until this is rectified

Dirty not well kept up. Hard to get to room.
Dirty not well kept up. Hard to get to room. No heat in room, no towels, bathroom in disrepair. Outside was dirty. Had a breakfast buffet with food out and people not wearing masks, did not stay to eat so free breakfast was not an option. Not worth the value of the cost.
when we arrived here around 5:30, we were very hungry and were told you had a restaurant that served dinner so we didn't have to leave the hotel to look for a restaurant. We ate a delicious chef salad and the server was very polite. Would definitely recommend your hotel. We had a delicious hot breakfast and the server was very friendly & polite. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great hotel & experience.
Made sure we had an easy to access room for our dog. We had a sliding door to the outside so we didn't have to walk her through the hotel. Also the breakfast selection was pretty good. Location wasn't bad, you don't have to travel far to get to prime locations.
We have been staying at this hotel since the 1980’s when it was the Harley Hotel. It has absolutely the best indoor pool of any hotel we’ve been at. Yes, carpets are a bit dated, but it’s clean and has comfortable beds. Easy to access from PA Turnpike.
The location of the hotel is in a key spot, The staff was friendly and courteous even had a member go to her personal car for triple antibiotic cream for my son's football injury because the hotel did not have any.
The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok, it was continental, so, only so much you get with that. The room where the breakfast was held seemed clean. The rest of the hotel seemed pretty clean and decent.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location was convenient for us. It was nice to have a place in the hotel for a late dinner after we checked in so we didn't have to go out to find something.
The room doesn't have slippers for customer. TV remote was not working. I had to change it. No good cable channels, room carpet seems old and dirty. No bottle of water put in the room as most hotels do etc.
No soundproofing in those hotel. You are listen every step in the corridor. Matress was very very soft. If 2 peolle sleep, you fill every movement of your partner. Hotel is old and needs renovation.
Breakfast is the only good thing to talk about this hotel. It’s dirty, and zero clean premises and room. I never expected such bad quality hotel comfort inn hotels
Horrible hotel. This place is literally falling apart. I turned the lights out so my granddaughter could take a nap and roaches started crawling up the wall.
