The Beds were so comfy! Loved the kitchen and the layout of the room and also the shower was the best shower I have ever had at a hotel!!!! I'll never stay at any other type of hotel again.

Franklin is easily one of the most charming historic downtowns that I have ever seen. I could easily live there! Ample parking; many restaurant choices; Civil War history (Carter house and Clanton Plantation); access to Natchez Trace Parkway. Dines at Gray’s on Main and it was excellent!

Everything you could possibly need is within minutes.
Everything you could possibly need is within minutes. From fast food to inside dining,gas stations,grocery store,car wash,Home Depot are all within walking distance. Close,but not too close to I-65. 20minute drive to downtown and broadway. Easy to find and access. Pool was very clean. Breakfast was above and beyond what I’ve come to expect from other hotels. Coffee is available in the lobby 24hours a day.

Franklin is a beautiful town and well worth a visit whether for a long stay or enroute as part of a road trip. Near enough to Nashville to visit for a day or two, but also far enough out to experience a more local feel to the area.

I go to Franklin for work.
I go to Franklin for work. If I made more money I would definitely move here. Franklin has everything one needs. And everything is located within 10 minutes or less of driving. It's refreshing and provides a feeling of safety.

We did most of our site seeing in Nashville. I really liked how close it was without all the hustle and bustle of the city.
I would highly recommend the Chop House Restaurant. Great food and great service.

Franklin is a great small town with a historic downtown area. But, outside the town center it is a modern town with all the shoping anyone could want, good places to eat, and nice parks and outdoor spaces. The Saturday Farmer's Market is great-- don't miss it! It's located at the Factory.
I absolutely love this hotel! I stay here every time I go to Franklin. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Keurig coffee makers in the room, so I can bring my favorite coffee pods! The breakfast is also great; not the bagged grab and go like a lot of other hotels. I also love the underground parking, it is well lit and feels safe. A+
Everything was spot on. The room was excellent, the breakfast was great. The only improvement I could suggest would be to add a small self serve soft ice cream machine at dinner. Limit the amount dispensed to a 1/2 cup into a small plastic cup. Also place it at an adult dispensing height out of reach of small children.
We always enjoy our stay at the Hyatt! We love the location and the pool. Matt and Turner and Bridgett were great, so friendly and willing to help with anything. Nice to have such great service since it’s hard to come by these days. So when you receive great customer service, it is very appreciated! Thanks so much!
Ovednight stay just South of Nashville. Booked this botel as Nashville was very expensive as always, Located near the Hwy exit, Cracker Barrell restaurant adjacent to go eat. My room was clean, but some of the fixtures need replacing and upgraded. Power points for devices, and some USB connections are required.
Lovely very clean hotel. Very easy to get to. Check in was quick and pleasant. Room seemed to be very clean and bed was comfy enough. Breakfast was okay. Good selections but nothing to take to the room to eat. Hot foods weren't very hot and we arrived to eat just after the breakfast opened.
The room was quiet, beds were comfortable and it had a fridge, and microwave which was convenient. I also liked the outdoor pool and great location. The hotel is close to everything in Franklin. It's a good deal for the price.
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Not only was the breakfast really good, but it was also well stocked. The staff was exceptionally pleasant too and I would definitely book my next stay here when visiting Franklin again!
My wife & I both were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and common areas. This hotel was in great location for people who want to visit not only downtown Nashville but also Franklin, and Columbia.
The breakfast was above average. There were lots of hot choices. We didn't use the exercise room but it looked awesome with lots of weights and cardio. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
