LOVE this remodeled Retro 60s Motel.. We met halfway my fiance and I) between Nashville and his hometown of Williamsburg, VA. Affordability sacrifices luxury, but the facilities are moderately comfy.. A bit basic, including furnishings, but clean and shopping and good restaurants nearby. A few historic sights and exceptional views of the Blue Ridge Mts.

This is an okay but basic place to stay for a night. My room was recently remodeled with new paint, flooring, fixtures and furniture. It was clean and quiet (I had no adjacent neighbors). It has outside corridors, no breakfast, no swimming pool etc. but a friendly and helpful staff. It did have a big TV and wifi but I did not try either one. It was very okay for a night and was a good value.

The location was very convenient and quiet and just off the interstate. The motel is older, but has been updated. The breakfast bar could have used a few more selections, such as yogurt. Would stay there again, if the need arises.
