    On arrival (Wednesday 11/27/25 at ca 7:30 PM the Receptionist just finished checkin in another guest, and we moved up to the desk. After ~ 1min, while ehe was talking in (assuming) her native language, she hints and ask "Drivers License?" chatting ahead after a while she asked " Credit Card? " and then 9another minute or so passed by, handed us 2 keys and send us on our way. The Conversation kept going on when we left. Not a single "Welcome , how was your travel, enjoy your stay etc, etc. H. Dietiker

    Staff was very friendly and helpful, my room was very clean. I love the staying it was very pleasant and only 13 minutes away from my son house I was very happy with that. I will return to Quality Inn with no hesitations.

    Hotel was convenient to my meeting location but that where it all ends. Our room was very pricey and dirty. Bathroom sink did not work properly. The staff can't accommodate you or make any changes unless they check with manager.

    It was easy to get around and the beauty of the open spaces...

    It was easy to get around and the beauty of the open spaces between homes amazed us. The people are so friendly and you're greeted with smiles. Everything we needed was close by. Many places to Shop and eat at. I must give a thumbs down to the IHOP. ☹

    We enjoyed the places to eat out and the people we met were very friendly. You do need a vehicle to get around. The Hinesville area seems to be a peaceful, and quiet city. We enjoyed our stay with exception to the Country Inn Hotel.

    When I first arrived I was promptly greeted by staff, and saw their 100 score posted on the wall. The facilities are clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel is located in a great part of Hinesville. You are literally less than 5 minutes from many major shopping stores and well known restaurants.

    I did not like anything about this motel. Did not meet my expectations at all. The motel was connected to a night club and you could hear the music in the lobby of the hotel. The night clerk was nice and helpful.
