Interactive, professional staff at every turn I made
The Manager was extremely helpful. I had some problems with my B.C booking but he sorted it all out during my drive from Miami so on arrival all was fine and my room ready for the length of stay I had booked and he telephoned me to reassure me. A couple of requests during my stay were sorted quickly and with a smile. Thank you.

The room has king size bed and sofa bed and they were very comfortable.
The rooms were excellent and spacious, the staff have excellent customer service , and the breakfast was also excellent.
The only thing to be aware of is that parking is an additional charge of $10 per car per day.

Room was huge.
Room was huge. Stove was pressed up against a wall and secret little dark cubby hole. No coffee, complimentary cups, iron, Kleenex. TV was horizontal to the bed, hooked to the wall. You could pull it out a bit, but my neck still couldn’t see it from bed.

The house was nicely decorated, felt like home, beds were comfortable and the backyard is fenced and very nice to set and drink coffee and relax on the porch. Location is centralized and located by antiquing, shopping and Florida Southern College.

Lakeland has a wonderful new park that we visited. Bonnet Springs Park. This new park is free to enter, but there is a fee to the Children's Museum.
This hotel is near all the restaurants chains you are familiar with along with some local ones. If you like WaWa, there is one right across the street from this hotel.
Going to Disney or Tampa, this hotel is in a location where you can easily travel to both and then back for a nice quiet night. There is an excellent IHOP adjacent to the hotel. Quick service with a smile!

The motel is located next to a Bob Evans, Denny's and Burger King with other places very close nearby. We could walk to dinner. Since we were there to regroup our lives, we didn't do any sightseeing. We have lived in that area of Florida for over 20 years anyway and have seen what the area has to offer.
My major issue was the check-in. I booked the hotel through Priceline. When I arrived, the hotel staff wouldn’t check me in and said Priceline or Booking.com didn’t pay the hotel. I had receipt showing that I prepaid in full. They eventually checked me in after charged me another same amount. My experience with refund is even worse. One month after the stay I still have not been refunded. Both Priceline/Booking and Extended Stay are terrible in this case. They don’t communicate with each other well neither.
When I arrived at the hotel I noticed that it was very dirty and outdated I asked to see the room before checking in the room was hot the AC was not on and it smelled and it was dirty I told the receptionist I would not be staying there asked if there was any paperwork I need to sign or do she said no I was still had to pay for the room for 5 days and did not even stay there false advertisement what I seen online was not what I got very happy about it
Could use more variety at breakfast,yogurt would be nice. Bananas looked rotten. Good coffee.
Staff was friendly. Hallways in hotel were not overly clean but there were many guests and I guessing you’re short staffed like most places. The room was clean and that’s really what I cared most about. Bed was comfy. Didn’t bring my dog but loved seeing other people’s pets!
Although we arrived so late on a Sunday evening, we were welcomed warmly by our host. The room was super clean and had everything we needed (including a super soft and comfortable bed). We didn't have a chance to try the pool but it looked very beautiful. We will definitely book this location again if we're in Lakeland and would recommend anyone to do so too.
Everything we're very nice at the hotel., I especially liked the cleanliness... I did not agree with the paying for parking when I already had paid a big amount for the the room also I was surprise the hotel did not except my AAA or senior discount... Otherwise great stay.
There was NO BREAKFAST because of covid but we stayed at the BEST WESTERN Lakeland Hotel orevios weekend And They had full breakfast scrambled eggs bacon sausage etc.. even coffee with 2% milk. Your hotel did not even offer milk for the lone coffee canister!

I like the hotel clean, the staff are friendly and professional, that one guy that is always at the front desk, I can't remember his name, but he is always there. He is really nice and make everyone feel welcome.
The customer service was amazing. Everyone was attentive and very friendly. Starting at the front desk Rossie and the supervisor made the checking very easy. The hotel and the room was very clean.

Nothing about this hotel impressed me , I moved the table and there was garbage under . No cleaning and clean towels in three days , would never stay at a hotel like this ever

Honestly I didn't like anything other than it had a king size bed and a pool.
