Very important, I like the fact that the entire building is well light up, it sure helps if someone is being chased/ or attached.

The steps to our room were crumbling with a broken caution tape that had been tied across. The floors had large stains. The door to our room didn’t reach the floor for a seal. The bed was lumpy with a huge hole in the middle. IIr was loud all night with yelling from the parking lot and we think we heard gun shots in the distance. We are not from this area and it made us nervous. I requested cancellation of my second night reservation and had nothing but a run around!!
Told the manager would call me. No call and they don’t answer the phone!! I am angry with myself for not taking pictures!!

The room was run down and wasn’t very clean.
The room was run down and wasn’t very clean. I’m pretty sure the sheets were clean but the bed didn’t smell fresh and it was uncomfortable. The bathroom was disgusting! To make matters worse, I saw a cockroach on the bedside table the last night we were there. (Like fools we stayed four nights here.). We smelled pot outside our door every day and in the stairwell. And if that’s not bad enough, we had loud neighbours and we didn’t feel safe.

Room was not clean (dust/dirt in room, mildew/mold in bathroom, rust spots in tube, ice machine not working, staff very rude when I ask a question in reference to refunding safe fee and deposit), etc.

Management has responded regarding the noise from the A/C when this was a fact on April 16, 2022. . I also have a witness and will file an official report because we documented the noise that kept us up ALL night. No need to lie about our stay there we stayed there several times . Maintenance have not been honest about Room 308. I will have to consider staying elsewhere when i'm in town. very Disappointing in the way customer service handled this situation.
Thank you ,

Laurel has changed considerably since my time there as a child. The city has grown uncontrollably, with little regard for maintaining any sense of personality.
Growth, urbanization seems to be the only dominant pattern in the way Laurel has developed. Turning a profit is the driving passion. You get what you ask for, but don't expect more. We'll treat you fair, but we really don't want you to stick around.
The stay was nice being do close to the race track, but very outdated and rusty. The bathroom was all rust with no place to hang the toilet tissue. My crad was over charged and I was told that booking.com would be contacted for the refund to be placed bacon my card. No follow up could be made because the hotel says they will return my call when I reach out! The room was a $70 room and I was charged over $100 per night. Absolutely ridiculous
I like that this hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shopping, groceries and nice restaurants. I am a runner, I especially like that this hotel has a nice gym and a very nice walking trail in the rear of the hotel. Very east to get to I-95, 295, Baltimore is close and so is DC. I have family who lives within walking distance of this hotel, I especially like this also.
The hotel for the most part was clean and comfortable, and it's location is great. It's about twenty minutes from UMD College Park (which is where I needed to go), and close enough to a lot of shopping and activities. The staff were friendly enough, and overall, it's a good value for the location.
Nothing was good about my experience here ! The whole staff was racist towards me from time of my checkout , until police were called on me for no reason. Pool dirty , hotel bathroom , beds were dirty and room smelled like urine. Would not refer anyone to ever book there !!!
There was a lot of mariguana smoking throughout the establishment my room was full of smelly of past smoking, I expressed it to staff , not once I slept in the room, had to get another hotel room
The room did not have any direct outlets for electronic devices. It also didn’t even have a tiny fridge or microwave and unlike most hotels in this category they did not include breakfast
