Staff was just amazing! Breakfast was great! Everyone and I mean everyone was very nice and helpful, just a great group. The GM was clean and organizing things.. the kitchen staff kept everything tidy, our check in was great. Absolutely recommend

I was in Longview for an overnight stay to attend an eclipse viewing party further east w/o motels and did not travel around Longview. I have visited Lonview over the years and it is a good opportunity to learn the history of Longview. A lot of cities in East Texas played a big part in the developement of Texas and I enjoy learning about history.

There was a dead cockroach in the corner of the room I picked up with a piece of toilet paper and put in the trash. At check out she did not ask how my stay was so I did not say anything. There was an opening of the baseboard at the corner

People was very nice and friendly.. the only bad issue I have is that the pool won't be open at all the office gentleman told me because they have to get permit from City of Longview Texas before it could be opened again and they didn't know what day or year before they would get one

Absolutely horrendous.
Absolutely horrendous. Disappointing bc I thought the room was nice and cool. But if you check my last review on booking.com you’ll see that they have a roid raged worker that harassed us while I was naked from the shower and made us leave after we had already paid for NO reason. We had never even left our room. And no refund.

I do not have anything against politics but too many political propaganda in the city kind of distracting from what else is there to see. Did not like the flood warnings throughout my stay. If it is raining, be careful. The city is prone to floods.

The night host a lady was really nice.and the tv situation was terrible everyone is not good with gadgets. Besides that the fact of no tv in a luxury hotel. I give a 8 . I should get a discount or something for my next stay….
very nice and clean. loved that breakfast lasted till 11 and we didn’t have to check out until 12 so we could sleep in. very nice workout room and loved the pool area. it had a lazy river and 2 sprinkler water features my girls enjoyed. chose the premium queen package that came with tons of good snacks and drinks already in our room. liked the deposit fee was only 15 dollars instead of hundreds like other hotels. the front desk lady was very helpful and texted to check on us shortly after checking in.
everything room was very clean and bed very comfortable and it was the best hotel breakfast i have ever had. biscuits and gravy wonderful and the warm cinammon rolls were outstanding. multiple entrances was very nice and location was perfect-close to veerything. check in was easy and quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very comfortable and clean. Kind staff, good breakfast. Have stayed in a few hotels lately and this was the only one I had zero complaints, felt like home. Good location, can walk to Texas Roadhouse for a great supper. Would definitely stay again!
The breakfast was great compared to many similar hotels we stayed in. The Front desk personnel were awesomely helpful! The location was close to I-20 and easy to find, but far enough away that we did not hear road noise.
Clean Good environment. Well worth the money. Price was very affordable. Which is why I was impressed the most. The cheapest I could find and better experience than expensive motels stayed in previously
Family friendly! Very grateful staff! Love the stay! I will always recommend this motel to friends and family member as we as my church community. Almost preferable every time we are in Longview.
