It was close to the places we needed to be. We have stayed there before, and had good experiences so we expected the same for this visit. The room was also fairly clean, although it had a questionable smell. I liked that the bathroom had several grab bars as did the shower.

The MainStay Suites hotel is conveniently located less than one mile from the Westview Promenade shopping center, offers easy access to Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Hagerstown and Gettysburg.

Location was fine. Staff were polite. The kitchenette was nice but we weren't expecting that the coffee maker was only for K cups. A pair of scissors, even suitable for children, would have been nice. The TV was a nice size but a channel guide would have been helpful.
