I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The first suite I was given was filthy and clearly unkept. The bedsheets had not been changed, and the bathroom was not clean either. I immediately called the front desk to report the situation. The staff member I spoke with was polite and helpful, and they offered me another room. The second room was more acceptable, but unfortunately, the door would not lock. At that point, I was too exhausted to request another change, so I pushed the desk and couch against the door for security. As a result, I did not sleep at all that night. This experience was far from what I expected and made my stay extremely uncomfortable.
