The gentleman at the front desk (name?) Was very helpful and very nice. He even came up to our room later to help us with our tv. Minor issue turning on TV. It was plugged in :)

The food was good however very limited menu and the restaurant was closed most of the time we were there. We had to eat in the bar. Bar had loud obnoxious music and because of understaffing we were ignored on Wednesday.

We enjoyed going to various eateries near the hotel.
We enjoyed going to various eateries near the hotel. We tried Ralphies, they had great wings, We visited the Pat Catan store it had some great sales, as it changes over to Michael's. We enjoy the local birding and the new Toledo Metro Park at Howard's Marsh. We like Blackberry Corners for their great yellow perch.
The front desk staff were very nice and pleasant. The room was nice, bed comfortable and the shower was great. Not the nicest location but there were no issues and although we didn’t leave the hotel room, we noticed on the way in, there were several places to eat.
The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were great. The breakfast was served buffet style, eggs and sausage. The temperature of the food was just ok. The coffee was great. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a lovely hotel.
Location, facilities inside the hotel..they have indoor racquetball and volleyball courts along with the regular pools and gym..there are trails all around the place. The shower was quite nice..it seemed to be updated
Our crazy dogs some how managed to escape our room. There was a girl at the front desk who was nice enough to hold our dogs till we got back to the hotel. Extremely understanding. Thank you so much!
We didn’t get breakfast as they didn’t have it done by the time we were leaving. I can’t say anything that we liked the hotel was all around just not a good choice.
