Conveniently located off the freeway. I always appreciate electrical outlets on both sides of the bed for C-Pap machines and cell phone charging. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean and the location was perfect for our needs. The housekeeping staff were friendly and we were provided all our needs by them each day. The price was fair for a hotel in this area. Breakfast was provided but was not the greatest, but at least it was something. We only ate it 2 out of the 6 days we stayed here.
Comfort Inn hotel is located within walking distance of Ottawa University.

It was a little bit rundown and long in the tooth but pretty much what we expected from Comfort Inn per. The price was right. The room was nice and there were no surprises except for the pool.

The room was clean, but the bedding had holes in it; we assumed it was from wear. The bathroom needed to have all the trim and baseboards replaced.
Additional fees up the final price we paid by nearly $2; not much, but not what we expected—especially in light of the condition of this property.
We would not stay here again.

Liked the location for our plans while in Ottawa.
Liked the location for our plans while in Ottawa. We have stayed at Comfort Inns in other locations and have been very pleased. This property could use an update. There were things that an attempt had been made to update but either done on the cheap side and shoddy workmanship. For the price was disappointed with facility. Other hotels nearby we may consider on next trip to Ottawa.

Pleasant town, people are friendly. We visited quite a few restaurants and everyone was very friendly and the food and drinks were delicious and tasty. Riverside Diner; El Mezcal; Primetime Grill; We B Smoking, Inc and Applebees. We B Smoking is actually in Paola, KS. You won't be disappointed, they took great care of us and their other customers. They spread us out from being on top of one another.
New hotel with very well thought out modern conveniences including step in showers and easy access common area. The staff in particular was exceptional, going way beyond the call of duty to cater to the very large number of cyclists staying that weekend for a world class bicycle gravel race in a nearby town. There was plenty of parking and wide lots which are particularly great when a bike rack is hanging off the vehicle hitch in back.
Breakfast was so-so. It was the standard fare of most other similar hotels. Fresh fruit was nice. An additional bread option (rye or a seeded bread and/or bran muffin) would be nice. Additional flavors of yogurt would be nice.
The hotel was very clean, as well as the room. The staff was very helpful and was kind enough to ask if I needed help since I was disabled. Would recommend to anyone.
The management was very rude and had an ugly attitude, please please for the same price and even better service and clean room go to Days Inn in Ottawa!
