The location to the Power & Light District as well as the downtown shuttle train was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was spotless and spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Parking was a breeze in the garage and the onsite restaurants and bars were very good.

The staff were fantastic! All the ladies were super friendly. Nick drove us around to a couple of cool places. He gave us some good information and recommendations too. The room was very nice. The restaurant was great too!

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The bathroom amenities are a step above. The breakfast was delicious and hot. All of the staff is extremely nice. The KC trolley runs right out the front door, and there are tons of great day and night drink spots within walking distance.

Didn't have breakfast. Liked the closeness to the streetcar.

Very nice. Great location . Streetcar only block away which we took to Union Station. Great free breakfast. NICE GYM

Smelled great. Bed was very comfortable and great location.

The hotel lobby, room, and location were all beautiful.

I really like the location . It was in the heart of downtown and 1 minute walk to the wedding destination.

Staff was awesome, price was good considering we stayed during a chiefs game, location is great and feels safe, very clean and nice and all around would come back here when we come back.

I liked that they offered food options that you can buy late at night. My partner and I stayed here because it was close to the concert venue we went to and we didn't get back until 11:15ish and there was a nice array of food options to purchase.

Es muy cómodo, muy bien ubicado y el personal muy amable

The room was very comfortable, the bed was a dream. I love having a restaurant right there, after driving all day I didn’t want to have to go back in the car to find something to eat.

The environment was great breakfast amazing

A great accommodation option in the Beacon Hill area for its cost-benefit and staff efficiency. Varied breakfast with some healthy options.

The staff was very friendly, beds were very comfortable

Gorgeous property. Close to the event center. Staff was amazing.

The location was right downtown, which could not be beat. It was safe and clean. I was able to work from the lobby easily once I checked out.

Great lobby, restaurant, bar, football, etc. Love the water re-filling station downstairs and coffee/ breakfast station. Easy self-parking and convenient easy access to and from parking / hotel lobby.

Great place , friendly staff, and walking distance to everything.

Very nicely decorated, very good location (close to Mildred’s coffee place that is amazing), very efficient (though remote) staff.

Staff was friendly and accommodating

Location, Room, Service, Kindness.
