The humidity in the room was HORRIBLE! Clothes in our suitcases were WET. There were no facial tissues. We had to ask for bathroom linens. They were not delivered to our room. We had to go to the desk to get them. Hand towels were not provided. Fortunately the only roll of toilet tissue was sufficient because no extra was provided. Housekeeping was provided only twice weekly. We had none for our Fri PM thru Mon AM stay. Humidity was so bad the floors were WET. The bath mat was soaked throughout our stay. Our bath towels never got dry after use. We asked for a tv remote. A brand new one was provided but no batteries. We had to go back to the desk for them. We were on the first floor. People above us were noisy.

The choice of breakfast was great, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance worker checked on our room door lock and made sure it was working properly.

    I was traveling for business, and this was one of the...

    I was traveling for business, and this was one of the highest rated hotels in the area for the price. Check in was pleasant, and the room as decently sized. There was one lady at the desk who was hesitant to assist my family and I and even asked me for my ID and Room number when we asked for assistance to unlock the laundry door to get our clothes out. This is after we just got out the elevator from upstairs. I have never experienced this before. I was the only minority staying at the hotel, so that may have played a part in her treatment of us. Nonetheless, the gentleman at check in was pleasant and the rest of the staff as well. Breakfast was not too good and the pool although looked very clean was not clean at all. Overall, I would give this place an 8.0 out of 10. Excellent location, friendly staff for the most part, and clean rooms.

    The region has two highlights:

    The region has two highlights: The Legacy Museum, that is extremely well done; and The National Memorial for Peace and Justice (the lynching museum), that will leave a permanent impression on you Both are in Montgomery. The are no reasons to stay in Prattville

    I only booked this hotel bcuz I like a door by my car, so I don't have to haul all my things from traveling far up an elevator, but the lock on my door had been broken before it looked as though they patched it up, kinda sketchy to me, I heard something all night in my room, I believe could have been a mouse, so I didn't get much sleep, next time I will stay somewhere cheaper like motel 6 or econologe, $92. was too expensive for this place, ive stayed in better..

    This was just an overnight stay , we were on the way to Panama City Beach. We would stay again to break up our travel. Great places to eat within walking distance, and the lady at the front counter was super!!

    We were visiting Montgomery but Prattville is a great little town in between Montgomery and Wetumpka. It was easily accessible from the casinos. There were a lot of food places around the hotel and a few places to shop as well.
