I LOVED the location! It was right in the middle of all the restaurants, yet it was still tucked away and felt quiet.
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable! Another thing I loved is they had Dove products- soap, shampoo, and conditioner! The breakfast was great. My daughter loved the cheese omelets and waffles. We will definitely stay again in the future! Book the hotel!! ❤️

I liked 1 employee I didn't like a couple of the employees Stephanie and Carla they just barge in rooms without knocking and very rude and disrespectful they make you pay for toilet paper made you pay for do your laundry they didn't even clean your room and I was there for a month they locked my daughter out of the room for 3 hours and the heat wouldn't let her in the room because they said that she wasn't on the paperwork which she was when I first got there for a month so I moved out of there and now I'm in a motel in Greenville it's a little bit further to drive but it's worth it I would never go back to woodsprings Rockwall again the drugs are ridiculous and the staff is very rude except for one person he was very nice but she had to pay for toilet paper to get your laundry cleaned to get your room clean you have to pay for all that

Great little town on the edge of the lake.
Great little town on the edge of the lake. We stay here frequently to attend pickleball tournaments at the Oasis just south of town.
People are overall very friendly. North of I-30 seems a little derelict and low-rent in some areas. The town seems to be growing south and east, with more touristy things near the lake. Most of the hotels we've stayed in are new or newly renovated. Good collection of casual but very nice eateries.

I liked the location even though it was a bit noisy being next to the freeway. However, staff is very unprofessional. Staffs are Stalkers! Entered my room without permission. Room accommodations are subpar at best. Room phone didn’t work and room was very shady. Cigarette holes in sheets in a non-smoking room. I wouldn’t recommend any one staying here. Do yourself a favorite and STAY AWAY!

Quiet hotel, lobby/registration area were bright, and cheery. Mobility accessible room was more than adequate, easy to move around. I would describe the room as minimalistic, but comfortable. I highly recommend staying there!

They staff was amazing. I really appreciated that they called to confirm reservation and made accommodations that we had a long trip driving from San Antonio to NY with a newly adopted puppy. The staff was polite. Room was beautiful and modern. The grounds were well kept. Felt safe. Parking was right there. Places to walk your dog. The fire pit and pool were a great relaxing touch. Breakfast options were great. Really liked their attention to covid guidelines in keeping everyone safe. I wish every where could pick up on their model.

The harbor is so cool! Rockwall went over and above in building this area out, and it is great for all types of visitors. It is very inclusive and perfect for individuals, couples, families, and any other combination of people who just want to relax and enjoy a great time.
Clean, reasonably priced hotel. That's what we needed; clean and reasonably priced. Felt safe, comfortable, and secure during our stay. The location is directly next to shops, restaurants, and other amenities, proving to be wonderfully accessible as needed. Quiet and comfortable.
Great location. The hotel is located a little off the beaten path near the lake. Walk to restaurants. Good access to roads/Hwy. Location is quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom is spacious. Good lobby/breakfast area.
Excellent Breakfast service, everything was very delicious, hot, fresh, there was a variety for any type of vegan and non-vegan person to enjoy their breakfast while staying at the hotel, a friendly and comfortable environment to have breakfast.

I wanted to thank Bobby at the front desk in Rockwall for coming to my aid. I ended up needing to stay over due to an unexpected doctor’s visit, he immediately made arrangements to extend my stay and he’s so helpful. Thanks Bobby!
Hotel was clean and smelled nice. SUPER friendly staff, delicious coffee, accommodating and quick. Breakfast was a typical Continental, but still tasty. All in all, it will cause me to look for this brand more often.
Only like the how u Dee standing the staff was. 1st room was occupied, second room had pubic hair on the bed and panties underneath. I do think this hotel was being used for prostitution.
With it being an older hotel, it showed wear. Around the door, I had concerns, about safety. But it was clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice.
