The breakfast is pretty typical. The size of the room for the price was absolutely amazing. It was really cold when we stayed so the fire place was a great touch and we really enjoyed it.

Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel was not crowded or noisy. There was morning coffee, but no breakfast. It was easy to check in and check out. Great value for the price.

Though told in advance that lighting was important, bedside light didn't work in Room 216. Electric shades didn't go up! Desk was moderately etched in numerous places. While clean, there were stains on the carpet and on the sofa bed. The alarm clock needed replacement as its LED was partly broken.
Breakfast was a strong feature. Plenty of healthy choices and a good array of items to choose from. Staff service was good. Management needs to do a far better job on knowing its rooms and what it offers. It reflects on future decisions on whether or not to choose the Holiday Inn brand, or not. I am unlikely to choose Holiday Inn in the future.

We took Non-Smoking Room, it was located on 3rd Floor, if not all but all nearby rooms are non-smoking tagged, despite of that toooo strong cigarette or drug smoking was coming from neighbor door. Elevator was also stinking a lot. Cleanliness and Hygiene are the key issue with this Hotel. 2nd or 3rd night Air-Condition stop working. When I called service desk he said someone will come next day as he don't know how to fix and no-one else who can fix was available at 10:30pm. I reset plug and unplugged it, wait for 10 mins and that tick worked. Their Maintenance Guy came next day around 12pm. :) I told him I fix the problem. We booked for 5 nights and regretted to choose this hotel.

Starting with check-in process, there were changes in policies that was not on their website nor on bookings.com. For example the incidental for the 2BR suites increased to $250. The receptionist stated that corporate did not give notice as of yet with the changes.
For the past 3 yrs I was able to use my tax exempt and this year due to new management my tax exempt was not honored.
Room 424 had roaches in the room. Crawling on the walls & dining table. It was very uncomfortable to stay in the room.
