Convenient location. I went down for my cousin's funeral. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to try to accommodate my request of close rooms even though they had a book conference and were very busy. My parents were able to eat breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. It was very close to everything, food, stores, gas, and the places I needed to be. The beds are soft and they have a keurig in every room. The staff were so nice that they were even so kind and patient to the woman who literally nitpicked every last thing upon check-in and checkout. This is where I'll stay every time I'm in the area.

My friend and I like the shopping center.
My friend and I like the shopping center. We enjoy going to Melbroune and Coco beach all within a 20 mile stretch. And we went to the Casino down south and it was a easy 21/2 hr drive. We had been to the Viera area 3 times and we live on Florida west coast.

Staff did a great job of trying to keep us all safe during this Covid19 pandemic. Room was very clean. Hotel does need some repairs and updating. Blow dryer fell off the wall. A/C very loud and there is drywall damage to ceiling with drywall falling onto sink counter Fran at front desk was amazing. Very nice and friendly. Very good at her job and deserves to be acknowledged. She handled computer issues with grace and made every guest feel important. We went specifically to shoot photos in the Viera Wetlands and it was great. Got wonderful shots of great blue herons and sand hill cranes. If you are a birder, a photographer or just like nature, it is a wonderful experience.

This was absolutely the worst Laquinta we have ever stayed in. It was classified as filthy! No excuse at $100+ a night to be this old and not updated like most others! We were only there for an annual event called Jazzoo that was held on that Saturday night. We went directly from the hotel to the event and back to the hotel later that night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out time are not those of a standard hotel (i.e. check was after 9am, and office closes around 7pm. But staff make themselves available, so not a big issue.
