The pool and hot tub were a lovely oasis for a cold blustery day. The location was convenient to all restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our beds were really comfortable and overall had a great night at this hotel.

High Marks Rentals were great in customer service and friendliness renting great new model snowmobiles. Great eating establishments. Parked the snowmobiles right outside Kelly Inn for convenience. Full active days in the wonders of what God created.
Drove our snowmobiles to eat at night! Drove to the grocery. Gased up each day at the Sinclair a couple blocks on the way to trails and open fields. Very deep deep powdery snow. Especially up on Two Tops.

Make sure you book snowmobiling tours to the national park at least a week ahead, we didn't know the park was closed on the west side so we ended up not seeing anything :/ (snow coach is extremely pricey, almost 500 bucks for two, so we couldn't afford it) snowmobiling is so much fun we ride on trails.

Most incredible trip ever!!
Most incredible trip ever!! Our family of five snowmobiled, saw so much wildlife, enjoyed dog sledding (Spirit of the North), shopping, and a sleigh ride to a nearby ranch (Parade Rest Ranch), where we ate a delicious chili lunch. To see Yellowstone in the winter was magical!
We ate at Bullwinkles, Hanks, Wild West Pizzaria & our favorite shop was the Rustic Bison.

I spent two days exploring the park.
I spent two days exploring the park. Each day felt a little rushed and consequently didn’t spend as much time as I wanted in each spot. In hindsight, 4 days would have been perfect to explore and enjoy the park more comfortably- there’s so much beauty to appreciate!

Very good breakfast (by US standards...) served in a lovely breakfast room (by a super nice gentleman who was our favorite among the staff!).

This hotel was a great option for West Yellowstone! It feels recently remodeled, with tasteful Western-style decor and comfortable beds. Everything felt clean and fresh, and the reception was very helpful and friendly. We easily walked a few blocks to get dinner, and the hotel's location near the entrance of Yellowstone is incredibly convenient. The hotel felt quiet and safe, a comfortable retreat after a day of strenuous outdoor activities in the park.
Best place to stay, if visiting Yellowstone National Park. It's right at the entrance to the park! From west Yellowstone, access to the whole park is easy and nearer than other options. The staff at Al's Westward Ho is extremely friendly and helpful. They even offer free coffee in the morning from a convenience store, nearby. The rates are extremely reasonable, considering the location. We would absolutely recommend this motel.
Nice hotel we enjoyed our stay rooms clean bathroom was nice. The room had a rustic cabin feel to it which was perfect being we were on the edge of Yellowstone National Park. Room had small kitchen which was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Overall this place was the best deal in west Yellowstone and would stay there again if I go back
My 10 year old loves cabins! The entire place was a log cabin in and out and we truly felt we were out in the wilderness when inside which was exactly what we were looking for! Cabin was large with full kitchen. Location was perfect right outside of park and very walkable to the cute village of West Yellowstone.
When booking a hotel, we look for convenience to the park, safe and quiet place, good breakfast. Kelly Inn has them all. Kelly Inn has two buildings that serve slightly different breakfast each day. Gusts can choose to have breakfast at any of two buildings.
Lovely place in west yellowstone! The hotel has everything, especially once you are tired after touring yellowstone- swimming pool, gaming room, free ice-cream & smores in evening, bicycles to visit nearby.

So great hotel to get into Yellowstone and West Yellowstone itself. Small but adequate pool and a soccer pitch across the road to kick a ball around. Couldn't have asked for more in all honesty.
Great location in West Yellowstone for staging and easy access to the park and nearby shops for souvenirs. The town closes early but there's a pizza place not far, I walked to pick up my order.
