The staff member was extremely friendly, kind, and patient. The bed was super comfortable. We were able to get extra towels. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the hospital where I was scheduled for surgery the following morning. There were also several restaurants and stores nearby.

The staff goes above and beyond for your comfort. Management is the most wonderful people you'll meet and will do all they can to make your stay comfortable making you feel right at home. Having to leave made me a little sad however I'm looking forward to returning. Conveniently located near shopping restaurants & fast food walking distance to bus line. Can even book COTAPlus to pick you up and drop you off.

Not bad.
Not bad. No shampoo or bath soap, just hand and face soap, hair conditioner and the bathtub drained very slowly. No main floor rooms available, and as a senior woman traveling alone it made taking my luggage upstairs difficult. I felt secure there and the room was clean, but I feel the Red Roof should make staying there more 'senior friendly'. Would stay there again, but only because I'm on a fixed income.

It was a very clean, safe area.
It was a very clean, safe area. Right on the ourskirts of very RICH areas. There are lots of shopping options. This is the perfect hotel for the Columbus Zoo.
The food is hard to come by anytime after 8pm. There is DoorDash but every time our food came it was wrong.
The room was clean and the coffee provided in the room was good. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. I do wish the finishes were more up to date. Their were no charging ports at the bed for my phone. I didn't have a charging cube for my phone so had to plug my laptop up and plug my phone into my computer to charge it. It was just an overnight trip so I didn't pack any shampoo just figured I would use what the hotel provided. Unfortunately they only provided conditioner. I figured it was a mistake. I would quit offering shower caps.
The staff were amazing from the minute we arrived. After a long journey from Northern Ireland we were greeted with bottles of water and snacks for my children and a warm welcome. Madison and Linda were amazing and made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to help finding activities for the kids to do over Halloween. They are a credit to the hotel. Rooms were beautiful, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here and would stay again!
Very beautiful hotel. But would never ever stay at a Renaissance Hotel again.. My total bill was 463.00 for two nights and that was fine with me but they charged my checking account 1350.00 now I’m having to waiting 5-7 days for them to return my own money, that they r using for who knows what..BEWARE!! NEVER AGAIN will I stay at a Renaissance…They did the same thing to my brother… So
The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The outside area was gorgeous. Food at the restaurant was very good and larger portions than expected, far better than any food at a hotel we've been to. We only stayed 2 nights and still received room service (hasn't happened at others unless staying more than 3 nights). Would choose this hotel every time.
At first I used booking.com I am not sure but they really messed up my reservation. The owners and managers in Columbus OH made it right. Greatly appreciate there extra effort to make things right and refund me on booking I never created.
Thank you Tim Monfort
The hotel was beautiful. Desk reception ladies were super nice. Furnishing and decor were great. Everything was clean and the location was perfect. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so we can't speak for that.
This Hotel is the closest to Otterbein University in Westerville. The layout is very modern and not like other standard hotels. Pool and gym facilities were surprisingly large and modern. The staff was amazing.
Nothing, there was really nothing to like about this hotel. This was the only hotel with reasonable rates we could afford. The location was within 15 minutes of the George Strait concert.
