I have booked many properties for staycations or work before and this one is by far the best in cleanliness, decor and general area! It was perfect for children as well - 2 smart TVs to avoid arguments which is rare to find! Felt very secure as well and property people were regularly checking in to make sure we were okay.

Nice little house, comfy beds and good interior design. The couch was a little low for big people ( we're over 1.85 cm ) Could do with trays for eating on the couch ( no dining table) no big mirror in the bathroom or hooks for towels.

It was clean and everything that it was described. There was no curtain pole on one of the bedrooms as it had broken off but I rang them and there was someone there to repair it within 10 minutes. We went to Alton towers so it was great location as only about 30 minutes away.

    Lovely country house hotel in a private parkland location. Convenient for the Potteries and routes north and south. It's like staying as a guest in a country house, and thus very restful after a long drive. Very easy parking. The staff members were helpful and attentive. The restaurant is nice, and there is a wood panelled bar/lounge to relax in for pre dinner drinks. We were given an upgraded room which was well received.

    Perfect quiet setting, beautiful countryside all around; the facilities themselves were absolutely brilliant. The private bathroom was immaculately clean and modern. The glamping accommodation itself was so quaint and cosy, right down to the smallest detail, like the matching dinner sets with sheep design. The bed was extremely comfortable and the decor was so inviting and homely. Would definitely return 👍

    Absolutely amazing stay at bank top farm cottages. Kath was so lovely. She provided us with fresh milk, biscuits, tea and coffee. When struggling to figure out the hot water, Kath quickly assisted us with this. Very clean and felt so cosy and homely. The views were breath taking. We will 100% be back.

    Check in quick and easy. Rooms where very clean and cosy.. felt home from home! Dated rooms I would say however it goes with the theme of the country house! Breakfast was very nice, no sausages left which was a let down as my little boy only really likes sausages however everything else was very nice. EV charges available, had to pre book. .
