We checked out of the hotel but our luggage remained there for two more days. The receptionist Celia is both very cheerful and helpful. She helped me solve my problem with the Shanghai hotel. Located along the historic Qintai Path, Chengdu Wenjun Mansion Hotel (Kuanzhai Xiangzi Branch) is decorated in a traditional Chinese style, a 5-minute walk from Tonghuimen Subway Station (Line 2). We loved our stay here! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and right at home. The hotel manager, Frank, is super friendly and clearly cares about every guest’s experience. The staff is amazing, and was always ready with a smile and quick to help. Especially Zoey, who went above and beyond to check in on us, offer help and local tips, and make sure we were comfortable. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed, with nice little touches that made it feel a bit special. And the whole place is just beautiful.

Attractively located in Beijing, Happy Dragon Saga Hotel with terrace-- Free wifi with fluent English speaking, Tourist ticket service&food recommendation, Near Tian'AnMen Forbidden City, Wangfujing... The hotel location in central Beijing is great and it is easy to quickly reach Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Wan Fujing. Ritan Park, etc. Plus that the hotel was a few hundred meters from the Hutong museum. Great help with booking transport to and from the airport and also arranging visit to the great wall of China.

Happy Dragon Alley Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Beijing, a 3-minute walk from Zhangzizhong Road Subway Station (Line 5). Housed in a historic Beijing hutong. After travelling over 50 countries and staying at many 5 star hotels, I can safely say this was the best most helpful and nicest staff I've ever met. Ever! I got to the hotel, I didn't have the right cash and they paid for it! Then walked me to halal chinese restaurant and paid for it. Offered to fix my broken luggage, change my currency, print my flight details, call me a taxi, order food/meds to the room when my daughter was sick and finally helped coordinate. My great wall tour, making tons of calls. I have never experienced anything better. Oh they also have a great breakfast, made it halal friendly for us, didn't charge extra when my daughter wanted more hashbrowns, they also packed us some snacks to go for our flight The room is very clean, and you have great shower pressure. The gorgeous Guangzhou Langham Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Pazhou International Exhibition Center. Love the buffet and all staff were fantastic happy people I’ll be back
