Naubari Estate is a really impressive place to stay. Definitely a 10 out of 10. The building is quite new and modern, including the guest rooms and the guest bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculately clean, and our room had a very comfortable bed. The setting of the house is also beautiful, surrounded by green fields and mountains in the distance. It is located in an area that may be the nicest, most upscale residential area in the greater Tbilisi region. The host and hostess, Saba and Tamar, are really kind people and gave us a true Georgian welcome. People talk about being made to feel at home when staying at a hotel. Saba and Tamar truly made that happen. They became true friends in just a few days. They cooked beautiful homemade meals for us, shared their homemade wine, and told us stories about life in Georgia. It was a fantastic experience to stay at their place, a uniquely Georgian experience. We stayed in four different places in different parts of Georgia, and Naubari Estate was probably my favorite place to stay. Strongly recommended

The staff truly understand the meaning of hospitality. From the seamless check-in process to the attentive service throughout, every interaction was marked by genuine kindness and professionalism. It was clear that their priority was ensuring every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Plus, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking— a majestic mountain landscape blanketed in snow. It was a picturesque scene that added an extra layer of tranquility and beauty to my stay.

Brand new facilities. Superb bed, bed linen and towels. Good location in a charm and elegant neighborhood 25 min walking to Old City or just 2 USD ride in Bolt/Uber. Metro station 5 min away.. Nearby plenty of choices for eating out.

Mornings quickly became my favorite part of the day thanks to Natia’s delicious and healthy breakfasts—easily some of the best I’ve had while traveling. Another huge plus: the internet connection is flawless, which made it easy to stay connected and plan the rest of my trip without a hitch since I had scheduled work meetings . if you want to visit quiet place to get some peace to your soul Eclipse Winery Boutique Hotel is the right place. The hotel and location fells like paradise in small normal village, it's kinda meditative area and experience. Probably, there is no chance to regret visit to eclipse winery if you want silent, comfort and beautiful place. Also worth noting is the excellent staff and great wine to taste.
