The place looks much better than at the pictures.

When visiting Siem Reap, look no further than the Koulen Central Hotel. We spent 4 nights here and loved every minute! The rooms are large and spacious with comfortable beds, lovely showers and all the amenities you need (Netflix, robes, fridge, desk, room service). They have a terrific and HUGE gym with a separate spa and sauna for males/females. They also have a onsite spa with well priced massages and treatments. The pool is INCREDIBLE with plenty of seating options and space to enjoy the facilities. The pool is also right next to the bar/restaurant which is perfect for poolside cocktails. The free breakfast was one of the best we had ever experienced! So many eastern and western options to satisfy everyone including good coffee and even a chef at an omelette station AND a noodle station. One of our favourite things was the AMAZING staff. Every time we walked by they greeted us and asked about our days or if we needed any assistance. They were so friendly, helpful and personable. They were extremely helpful in booking tours for us and directing us to get to nearby attractions. A big thanks to Bossba and Pheara who were especially helpful. This hotel will make your time in Siem Reap even more memorable. We will definitely be back!

Jungle Hotel was a wonderful surprise. I don't have enough words do describe our emotions. Everything but everything was excellent.The room was very big ,very clean , beautiful designed with combination of relaxing colours and wooden decoration. The staff was very polite and helpful .Our driver Lay was very friendly polite and he helped us with our tied schedule he arranged our tour and everything went perfect ..We tried the food in the restaurant wich was.aldo very good and they gave us complimentary cocktail.The outdoor area of the swimming pool was inside the jungle .Thank you very much for that beautiful experience you offered us .

Got the VIP room and did not expect that we are getting the whole top floor for us. Got the huge balcony. Staff are very friendly and professional.
