Set within a unique tropical garden beside the lagoon, Hôtel Fenua Mata'i'oa features a bar and an on site restaurant. Guests at this waterfront property can relax in the outdoor hot tub. This is such a wonderful property- the years of care and personal time invested by the owner and staff are evident in every turn. Location is so convenient, but when there you feel separated from the daily life of the island enterprises. It’s a little slice of heaven on Moorea. The grounds of the hotel itself are fascinating and overflowing with tropical trees and flowers and statuary. The cats are so friendly and make it feel like home (but we love animals). The entire staff want nothing more than for you to relax and enjoy and will go out of their way to assist you with anything they can. They were all so nice and helpful and pleasant. We ordered breakfast each night and it was delivered promptly the next morning and was delicious every day. We were out exploring or doing activities most days so weren’t there much during the daytime. We had a couple nice dinners out and had delivery from Holy Moly Steakhouse one night when we wanted to stay in. So several choices for dining options in your suite or nearby depending on your schedule and preferences. We had a rental car from Avis that we picked up at the ferry port in Moorea and dropped off at the airport in Moorea which I would recommend to make it easier to get around. It was very easy to navigate around the island. But several of the restaurants and activity coordinators will gladly pick you up and drop you off at the hotel if you don’t want a car. It was a very safe location and we had a mixed crowd of guests during our stay. Solo female travelers, couples with very small children, mixed generational families (grandparents, parents, older children, etc), and some couples either honeymooning or vacationing. It was a nice mix and everyone just kind of did their own thing. It never felt crowded or too full. It was perfect.

Located in Moorea, a 12-minute walk from Tiahura Beach, Niu Beach Hôtel Moorea provides accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking. This 3-star hotel offers luggage storage space. The bungalow by the ocean with full view on sunset was just incredible. The room is in fact a small studio equipped with everything you need (beg bed, air-con, full kitchen incl. a dishwasher) and a great terrace. The strong wifi signal and free-of-charge canoes were a nice surprise.

Located on a private white sand beach, Hôtel Atiapiti offers bungalows and a villa with free Wi-Fi and private patio with ocean or garden views. Each has mosquito nets and a living room with a TV. Tena korua Marie raua ko Ronnie Everything Marie is exceptional she keeps the place running smoothly and clean and tidy. Staff are so friendly and helpful, the cooked meals are huge enough for two meals. Swimming and location beautiful, accomodation spectacular views and Marie so insightful placed me at end bungalow. Ronnie organized the tours who picked me up at pontoon literally around the corner. The most memorable was taputapuatea Marae highlight and Faaroa river ride Havana tours uplifting nga taonga tuku iho o nga tupuna. Also Ta'aha tour Vanilla, Pearl and Rum farm and bonus snorkeling coral reef mama also whipped up a kete and potae for us to take home from coconut leaves. EDEN Private Island TAHAA has a garden, private beach area, a shared lounge and terrace in Patio. The hotel also has free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. The entire property is so well maintained and the bungalows are very well built and exceptionally clean.

Moorea Beach Lodge is located on the first most beautiful beach of Moorea. A fridge and kettle are also provided. Every unit comes with a private bathroom with free toiletries. My beach bungalow was gorgeous and very comfortable. The staff was lovely and made me feel like home. There is a snorkeling spot nearby but I was happy to see rays and sharks at the beach in front of the hotel. The common spaces are gorgeous and it was nice to have a shared kitchen to meet other travelers. I loved this place.

Facing the beachfront, Opoa Beach Hotel offers 3-star accommodations in Opoa and has an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. Hospitality was great!!! The tahitian people were beautiful, friendly and very helpful. Accommodation was perfect and presentation was just stunning. Also had tahitian band/entertainment who were spectaculae. Maururu🌺🏝️
