Located in Košice and with Cathedral of St. Elizabeth reachable within a 13-minute walk, Hotel Michael's Palace provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi throughout the... Everything was very good, especially the room. Very big, with extraordinary furniture, bathroom also big, well equiped. Totally recommend it. Breakfast is ok, not wow but very nice.

When booking a hotel, the most important aspects I consider are cleanliness and the location. That being said, read below: - The hotel is at a perfect location and I feel like it should be commented on a bit more. The hotel is right next to the brand new Bratislava bus terminal, so if you come in from Vienna airport by bus (or anywhere else) you just have to cross the street once out. The new station is actually underground and above it sits a brand new 3 storey mall with a rooftop garden and great views over the city. It is a 10-15 minute scenic walk to the historic centre with great bus connections. The danube and the Euronova mall and leisure broadwalk are even closer. - The hotel is very very clean, the room was spotless and very spacious. My room was located under the roof with automatic blonds and windows. Despite a week long heatwave, the room was cool and fresh. - The wifi is great. I was there for work and needed it a lot for zoom meetings etc. - Breakfast; Family owner hotel actually with lovely staff, both the manager Dušan and his coworker at the breakfast. The hotel is human sized and it was lovely to have hotel outside. - I am vegetarian and the breakfast featured many options despite some of the reviews claiming it was very limited. They had vegan tofu spreads, all kinds of jams. They actually make the bread themselves and they have typical slovak bakery goods as well as hot and cold breakfast options. Absolutely nothing to complain about, and I was there a week! - The staff is very friendly and reasonable when it comes to special requests, provided it is within their power to do so. I had requested for my partner to join two of the nights, I let them know in advance and it was no issue at all and we were welcomed warmly by the hotel manager.

Located in Košice, within a 19-minute walk of Kosice Train Station and 0.9 miles of Cathedral of St. During my business trip to Košice in May, I chose Hotel Crystal, and I was thoroughly impressed with what it had to offer. The location, just a bit outside the old town yet very close to the city center, was perfect for commuting to the office. Parking was ample, and navigating back and forth was a breeze. The modern design of the hotel caught my eye, but what made my stay truly special was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, always ready with suggestions and recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. The breakfast spread was large, varied, and high-quality, catering to all tastes. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing all the comfort I needed without feeling cramped. The unique layout with two rooms and a common space added to the appeal, even though it was initially a bit confusing. Nearby attractions and the easy access to my workplace complemented the experience, and the overall quality of the stay felt premium. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the efforts to provide a personalized service. Hotel Crystal provided a high-quality and memorable stay, and I'll definitely return in the future. The convenient location, excellent staff interactions, clean and spacious rooms, and delightful breakfast contributed to an enjoyable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to other travelers, whether on business or leisure.
