Such a beautifully designed hotel. The staff were so warm, welcoming, and helpful, and the hotel is the perfect size--small enough to feel quiet & intimate but big enough for a stroll. We spent 8 hours one day on the secluded beach. The meal portions were generous, and we loved the entertainment! I also had a great massage at the spa at very affordable rate. I would 100% recommend Zanzibella if you're looking for a truly relaxing experience vs. a party.

The variety of fresh fruit juices! 😍 Nice everyday morning view from our room and breakfast place, beautiful turquoise water with soft white sanbanks was also special.

Babalao Bungalows has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Nungwi. It was peacefull place with delicious cuisine and very nice staff and owners.

One of the best features is the access to owners another hotel just 1 km away along a beautiful beach, where guests can enjoy a swimming pool, a great restaurant, and lively parties. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-designed, and hospitable place to stay right by the stunning Nungwi Beach, Dhow Boutique Hotel is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

The reception on the day we arrived was very warm. The owners are exceptionally hospitable, friendly and always went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I loved the ambience. It's a beautiful hideout, very quiet, calm, beautiful greenery, a real home away from home. Everything is well thought out and functional. They have clean rooms, very comfortable beds, a clean pool, fresh and delicious food, friendly staff, and it's a convenient location from the beach (3 minutes walk) and tourist markets. I would instantly book my stay again and will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nungwi. It's worth the money spent!

AVO Boutique Hotel was exactly what we were looking for. A laid back vibe and fantastic staff. Nothing fancy or pretentious but everything you need. Great food, great drinks, great value for your money. The owner personally takes care of you and anything you might need. Super communication. Great advice. Well located for what we wanted.

Located in Matemwe, a few steps from Matemwe Beach, HEBE Bungalows Lodge has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a shared lounge. We spent 4 beautiful days in this cozy place facing the ocean. The team was fantastic and super available, special mention for Veronika and Ernesto who made sure everything was perfect. The rooms are cozy and clean, the restaurant has a menu changing every day. I recommend you try the grilled prawns and the calamari soup! Also the cocktails were perfectly balanced. 10/10
