Located in Paarl, 1.7 miles from Boschenmeer Golf Course, Laborie Estate has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a restaurant. Everything was perfect!! Having 3 restaurants to choose from was fantastic. Breakfast was exceptional. The setting is so lovely. The staff were all fantastic. Our villa room was beautiful, well appointed, and very comfortable. What a special place.

But neither the street in front nor the entrance door turned out to be a nuisance (it was indeed quite comfortable). After it turned out that this was indeed the room I booked, we started to be happy and enjoyed our stay very much. Even the fact of not having the expected washing machine (some sports clothes were in dire need), had no negative impact, as washing was offered and issued properly. Trevor, Banash (?) and his colleagues couldn’t have been more helpful, attentive & gentle. The place was clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything needed for an even longer stay. Even bottled water and milk were in rhe fridge. Oh, yes, a tea towel would be fine next time. The town is just around the corner. Frances café, 1 min walk, just great for breakfast. We would be happy to return to Esplanade Hermanus and their friendly staff.

Blaauwberg Beach Hotel is located on the beachfront in Bloubergstrand and features air-conditioned rooms with free high-speed WiFi. I liked everything about the place, refreshing and the staff was amazing too.

Located in Cape Town, a 9-minute walk from Rocklands Beach, Home Suite Hotels Sea Point has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. From the start till the end of our stay, we were simply blown away by the hospitality, the design, the location, the views, and the fantastic welcoming staff. We came for a trip to South Africa to celebrate my birthday and the staff prepared a beautiful welcome setting in our room. The rooms are impeccably stylish and comfortable, everything is thought through till the very detail, and the views from the hotel are just out of this world. What needs a special praise is the cafe/restaurant area and oh god the delicious breakfasts!! Downright best breakfasts we have ever had in a hotel. We also enjoyed coming up for an evening drink (the restaurant makes very nice cocktails) and enjoying the ocean view. Finally a huge thank you to all the staff who were just beyond amazing - it truly felt like home. As for the location, it was a great and safe spot for a Cape Town visit location in good uber distance to all major sightseeing spots. Can't recommend this place enough and simply can't wait to return!!!

Located across the Menlyn Shopping Center in Pretoria, Menlyn Boutique Hotel features an outdoor pool, a casual-dining restaurant, massage spa and conference facilities. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff were exceptional in particular Jafta and Respect at the restaurant. D also went out of his way to help us. It was a haven in the midst of the business of family catch-ups.
