The bedroom was charming, as was the building overall. The croissants we had for breakfast were lovely, and we appreciated the little valentine's day theme that was going on, which was very cute. Fantastic apartment in a quiet location, we stayed in the ground floor apartment which has the bonus of a nice terrace area. The rooms were large, and beautifully kept. Phil, our host, was very welcoming and helpful. Only 1.6 miles from Lincoln Cathedral, easy and cost effective taxi ride into town, didn’t have to worry about parking nor paying for parking. Just brilliant.

very comfortable room although a little dated but I am told an up date is happening soon. the staff are excellent and nothing was too much trouble, and breakfast was excellent as well. we returned for lunch after my granddaughters cap and gown at the cathedral and again the food and service was first class. all in all a great hotel.
