Expansive. Private. Relaxing. A most lovely owner who was so kind and accommodating to my late arrival and early departure schedule. She upgraded me to a bigger room at the last minute when she realized I was repacking all my luggage for departure from the country the next day. She woke up super early to provide me breakfast before I departed, even though I told her not to worry about doing this. EXCELLENT VALUE!

The property is gorgeous and on a hot day the pool was amazing. There is so much space to wander outside or enjoy this well cared for estate. The breakfast was one of our favorites. We came here to visit the winery Quinta de Aveleda which did not disappoint -I would highly recommend their picnics! I'd love to visit again at the end of my trip and spend a day relaxing pool side or enjoying the little town.
