FAQs about hotels in Montréal

A Blend of the Urban and the Outdoors

Montreal is the second largest city in Canada and the entry point to Quebec province via Pierre Elliott Trudeau Airport. Montreal truly has it all. Divided into East and West by Boulevard Saint-Laurent, there are several districts to the city, each offering a distinct atmosphere.

Downtown is best explored on foot, as you weave your way through skyscrapers and visit museums such as the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. In the winter time you can steer clear of icy paths by heading underground through the passages of the Underground City, full of shops, cinemas and food courts.

From here metros will conveniently take you outwards in any direction you might want to go, from the historic Old Montreal to the hip café and restaurant culture of the Quartier Latin-Le Village.

In summer, stay closer to the old town and head outdoors in Parc Jean-Drapeau on the St Lawrence River islands of Île Sainte-Helen and Île Notre-Dame. If the weather isn’t fine enough for rowing, water-skiing and beaches then head to the Montreal Casino.

Whether you’re visiting for festivals or fashion, gastronomy or culture, with over 190 hotels and B&Bs with Booking.com you’ll find your perfect home away from home.

You could spend months in Montreal & still not see everything! I am always in awe of the architecture & beauty of this city. Although, we always seem to end up there on garbage pick up day. Lol. I love how they try to preserve the old architecture, The food is amazing, the culture, sites & history is an absolute gem.

Montreal gives me the vibe of Melbourne, you could see street arts and graffiti easily and loads of art installations on the street! I love the Mount Royal the most in Montreal! If you are a nature-person, please go to visit there and have some trails there! Bagel in Montreal is the best, I personally like the bagels in Montreal more than New York City haha~ There are 2 bagel stores, I love St-Viateur, the staff there are super friendly and nice, they even invited me to take photos with those bagels hahaha

    Wonderful people. Great food.

Wonderful people. Great food. I loved the Metro - fast clean and convenient. I got to practice my French language and when I stumbled I went right into English. The residents were courteous and patient. I plan to return. There were many restaurants we missed. We used Uber a few times. No problems. We went to a really neat farm market. We dined for lunch at the top of the RBC bank building - Sushi. View spectacular on the 46th floor. A favorite spot for dinner or drinks was the L'orignal at 479 St. Alexis Street Montreal. Sit at the bar. Michael the owner is a most unforgettable character.

We like that this is an appartement hotel, with a well equipped, full kitchen. A very nice buffet breakfast is included in the stay. They have an indoor pool with a very nice view of the city. A laundry room, a small gym and a business centre. The property is very well situated in downtown Montreal. They accept our small dog. It is very clean. The staff is very courteous and friendly. We have stayed here several times and would recommend this apartment hotel.

Great for our weekend stay in Montreal. The King Corner Suite was spacious and comfortable. The room was updated compared to the online pictures. Not the fanciest hotel in the area but certainly the best value while still maintaining a modern upscale feel. The staff was great. The parking garage was a plus. Walking distance to the Bell Center and great restraunts downtown. I would recommend and will definitely return.

I was in Montreal for a conference together with my family, thus the location of the hotel was quite convenient in walking distance around the main downtown and Old Port area. It has a small swimming pool, which was a great occupation on rainy days (for our 3 yo son). The breakfast area it can get really crowdy, but having a kitchen area in the apartment it can help in this sense, by having breakfast in the room.

Great hotel to stay at in the center of downtown Montreal. It's right next to the Bell Centre and some famous restaurants like Okeya Kyujiro. Everything from the reception, lobby, room and facilities are great as well. I highly suggest you take a look at the 12th floor's pool, spa and outdoor jacuzzi - it's a really nice setup that you can't easily find in other hotels.

Good location in relation to downtown Montreal. The room was small (with the shower cubicle next to the bed) but it provided all of the facilities we needed. Would suggest checking the layout of your room depending on who you are travelling with. We didn’t actually meet anybody from the hotel as all correspondence is made via text/email but this ran smoothly.
