The staff are delightful, always ready to help. The hotel is in a good location for theatre and has good parking. Breakfast is a delight with perfectly cooked Western Omlette and home fries. The room was large and had both air conditioning and a window that levered open at the top. A power outage added a challenge but was fixed quickly. I recommend this place for its lovely staff, excellent meals and comfortable rooms.

There was special chocolate candy in our room upon our arrival and even treats in the lobby area each day. We appreciated being able to make hot tea (and coffee) in our room and the thoughtful beverages provided for us in the mini-fridge. The boxed breakfasts were pleasant treats each morning. Our room was quiet--we didn't hear other guests. We really liked the two-room suite. The bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting on the sofa in the other room either reading or watching TV after we came home from the theater. We were pleased to discover that we had the ability to use our Netflix on the TV.

Everything. The host and hostess were friendly and greeted us upon arrival. The room was stylish, clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious. It was made with whole ingredients and cooked by a chef, with beautiful presentation. The location was perfect, we could walk to the theater, gardens, lake, and restaurants. We are definitely coming back!
