I really enjoyed my stay at the Residence and Conference Centre. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. It was also in a great location with easy access to transit and nearby amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay!

Cozy is located in London, just 3.6 miles from The Grand Theatre and 4.1 miles from Budweiser Gardens. Both Wifi and private parking are available at the apartment free of charge.

I have stayed here I think 4 times now. It’s my to place to stay when I’m in London visiting family and friends. It’s always very clean. Comfy beds. Plus a full size kitchen is a plus. Yes you might be sharing it with others but it hasn’t effted me at all. All rooms have lock code locks. Superstore is a 2 min uber if you need groceries. Or a 3 min walk down to Oxford street to take the bus downtown or anywhere.

Breakfast and dinner was amazing. Best staff I’ve ever encountered in any hotel!! And I travel ALOT! Beautiful rooms, clean. The only BIG HUGE problem was there were no outlets next to the beds or night tables. Charging my phone was annoying and my husband has a CPAP machine…where would he plug it in?? The outlet situation was horrible. The desk didn’t even have an area to charge.

Coming into London at night is absolutely terrible in the downtown east end.
Watching all the homeless sitting on the ground slooped over themselves, doing drugs was the highlight.
Made me feel better about my life and its choices.

The city looked so much cleaner than American cities.
The city looked so much cleaner than American cities. The traffic was controlled, the air was fresh, and the streets and sidewalks were clean and lighted. The urban blight so common in American cities was not visible, and the police presence was subtle but obvious.

The hotel was a short walk from Victoria Park, a lovely park with large trees, paths and walkways. On Saturday a portion of Dundas street was closed off to traffic for pedestrians and vendors were there, along with street musicians. It was nice to wander around without traffic.
