Something I really loved about the property was the staff working there, they were super friendly and were able to accommodate a room for us although we had booked for the wrong dates. The restaurant in the hotel is fabulous is tastes good and looks delicious totally recommend it. The interior of the hotel is just as good as the exterior I like the location of the hotel and how it is near a lot of tourist attractions like the rotary park and the radium hotspring sign near the roundabout the view from the hotel is amazing. However I can thank the staff enough, don’t know the name of the guy who helped us out but he was amazing.

Nothing. It is an older place and seemed charming from the photos. It is in need of significant upgrades. Older places if well kept and run can be charming. This was neither. The owners are cashing in on an old place while spending as little as possible maintaining it. Run it to the ground. Shame.

It is a clean and cozy model. It's located near a brewery and a main street. If you want to stay in the Radium Hot Springs - it's definitely one of the best choices. Small breakfast and kitchen is a bonus for this price.

We went in the winter months, so it wasn't busy.
We went in the winter months, so it wasn't busy. Which was great! Staff was really friendly and walked around the pool for safety. It was relaxing and we loved looking at the mountains. It is right off the highway, so careful going in and out of the parking lot. There was one man who kept chatting up the single women which was creepy, but staff kept an eye on him.

Radium is a great little village that I have stayed a number of times over the years. It is close enough to places like Banff and Lake Louise to make day trips to but avoid the inflated hotel prices. Great little town with good restaurants and coffee shops. Amazing wildlife - big horned sheep- wandering around town. Close to natural hot springs , hikes, lake Windermere and panorama ski resort. The visitors centre is perfect for all the information on how to get to the natural hot springs , and hike the hoodoos rock formations. Hot springs in town are perfect at dark . For a quick overnight stop it was fine. One of the cheaper motels but for what we wanted it worked out. Location good. Could walk to pub. Clean comfortable beds. But older motel so things are looking a little worn but friendly staff and good breakfast included. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, fruits, etc. the local pub, Horsethief, was excellent as usual.PatCanada

Upgraded my room and forgot to changed me for the pet So I made sure we cleaned the room before we left. Room size was great, bigger than banff hotels. Also has nice area for dogs to pee, they have outdoor leash. Can bbq on summer. Really nice place although looking old. Thanks to the staff. No decaf coffee but they gave us extra tea and hot chocolate for my son.
