Great location near coffee shops, restaurants etc, you can easily walk from the hotel to downtown The view from the balcony was amazing, comfortable bed and pillows. Recommended :)

The location is the best and having free parking lot was convenient for shopping at Banff downtown

Room was lovely, large and newly updated with a fantastic view. At the beginning of the strip so somewhat removed and a bit quieter which was nice. Staff was super pleasant and helpful.

We absolutely loved our time here. The lodge has an amazing cozy vibe, the staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. As a great bonus, the hotel gave us complimentary Roam transit tickets to get around Banff, which was incredibly useful and saved us a lot of parking hassle. The fireplace in our room added a warm, comforting touch to our evenings after a long day of exploring.

Modern look hotel, very clean, spacious room, liked the coffee bar downstairs, the front desk employees were very pleasant and helpful. The bonus of free bus passes was helpful!

An excellent hotel! It has a very convenient location, just a bit away from the tourist-packed center. The room turned out to be much more spacious than it looked in the photos. The bed was great, and everything felt fresh. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the room had good soundproofing. The hotel provided a free pass for Roam Transit buses, which was a very pleasant surprise for a traveler without a car :)

Very comfortable. Reception staff really helpful checking us in very late. Views from the mountain room were magnificent with snow capped peaks. Bus pass and assistance was a bonus. Location perfect, Central walking distance to everything with bus stop across the road. Roam buses run frequenly from out front.

The room was a good sized and very comfortable with a clean, spacious bathroom. A great breakfast was part of the room deal. We really enjoyed the hot tubs and cold plunge pool and appreciated the laundry facilities onsite. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions.
