Excelent attention from the staff

The hot pool, the rooms, the view

This was a wonderful place right by the river. My child and I had a little adventure walking along fallen trees over the river and jumping from rock to rock. It was such a fun and memorable experience for us. Next time, I would definitely like to stay for a few nights so we can spend more time exploring and fully enjoy this beautiful place.

Everything was great except the freezing cold pool

The staff is absolutely wonderful! Every staff member I had contact with was highly professional, helpful, informative, friendly and polite! The room was spacious and very convenient! The location was close to the heart of downtown Banff.

I absolutely love everything! From the friendly staff at the reception during check in to the staff i spoke over the phone during check out time made our experience smooth and hassle free. The location is superb! The cleanliness of the room is exceptional. I super love their bed. The whole experience was great i will recommend this to my friends and would definitely come back.

Good and convenient location, clean room, good value for money, the price includes use of the jacuzzi, swimming pool and steam room. As a nice bonus - a hand-signed greeting card and cookies in the room for my daughter on her birthday. Thank you!

we love the room. it is spacious for the family and our suitcases. it is walking distance to downtown and to the meeting place of our tour. staffs are all helpful esp Sony.

Oldie but very genuine feel to the place. Welcomed from the moment we drove up to the front door. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, all of them. Bar and restaurant food exceptionally good. Underground parking. Spacious room with everything expected. All lamps working. Location just outside Roam Transit bus. Great stay.

Room - We had a unique room with 3 beds, and having a door between the rooms was a real plus, especially traveling with adult children. The location was nice - out of the hustle of the touristy area at the other end of town. Employees were stupendous - such a breath of fresh air whenever we had questions or issues that arose (our end, not the hotel's). I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to adults seeking a little quiet from the traffic and noise farther down the street.
