The hotel exceeded my expectation, it was at the level of a 5 star hotel from cleanliness, room views and furniture. I went to fairmont at lake louise and sure it was very fancy and luxurious but not worth the money because all furniture were old and outdated. The location is great away from all tourists and in a beautiful town

This all-suite hotel in Canmore is within 15 minutes' drive of Banff National Park. Each spacious suite offers a full kitchen, a deck or patio and free WiFi. Very cozy place, large garage, staff very friendly and helping in everything they were requested. Stoneridge is a better location than resorts in Banff because it is quiet, food is cheaper, gasoline is cheaper (very important) and sightseeing is very pretty all around. Spent about 10 days in this resort and would go back at any time. Very recommendable.

Canmore is always a really lovely place to be. So many walks and lovely spots to picnic. Many great food choices, and places to stay. Do not recommend staying at Stoneridge Mountain Resort. We have come to Canmore for 10 years , twice a year, and first and last time staying there. Canmore is a great place to stay as it is within driving range of many mountain adventures.
Great small town in the mountains, super super cute, with great restaurants and close to Banff. I recommend staying close to the city centre, as you can easily walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Depending on the location of your hotel, you won't need a car to get around in the town (only when visiting Banff and nearby spots), as Canmore is quite small and most of the things are in the same area.
Canmore is a great place to stay if you'd are looking for a balance of money spend and proximity to National Parks. It is proper town (Banff is super touristic place) with variety of hotels, restourants, groceries, etc..
Canmore is small enough that you can walk the main part of town no problem and Banff is just a short drive away for a day trip. Hiking is incredible, as there are different levels for all standards so anyone can do it! Food is also spectacular in town, specifically the Rocky Mountain Bagel Company, Graze, JK Bakery and the Grizzly Paw Brewery.
Unlike Banff, Canmore hasn't lost itself to tourism. It is quaint and charming, and while it offers everything you need, it retains a sense of small town charm. It is close to all of the beautiful natural sites amongst the Rockies, and the accommodation is much cheaper
A beautiful place to visit! We hiked every day and enjoyed it tremendously. The trails are easy to find and well maintained without disturbing nature. The town was quaint and people very helpful and eager to make your experience memorable. We'll definitely go back!
Warm welcome, fast check in. Underground parking, clean large apartment with balcony, kitchen, large bathroom and spacy shower, clean sheets and linen, overall good equipment and we had a nice time there. We liked the gas fireplace and also the fact that we got extra blankets when we asked for it. Washing machine and dryer in room. Ice machine. TVs. Respectful and nice staff. We had daily trips to national park and around Canmore, loved our stay in Canada!
We spent o lot one night at the place but the bedroom we chose was amazing. 2 queen beds, one bathroom and a small living room/kitchen. The price we paid for he last minute trip we came up with was totally worthy! Simple place, very clean, with pool and gym which we could not have time to spend (unfortunately). 15 km from Banff, but Canmore is a nice small town, great to have some dinner and chill after a long day of exploring.

This is my first time visiting Canada. I’m glad I picked this place. I love the area. Great service and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast every morning from 8-9am. Very clean and warm. It feels like a home not a hotel. I will come back here again. The place is close to restaurants and stores. We went to the grocery store walking to buy something light for dinner to save money. Thank you so much for everything.
Excellent location made it easy to access Banff national park and a 20 minute walk to the centre of Canmore. Views of the mountains were beautiful and although close to a main road it wasn’t noisy. Staff on reception were extremely helpful. The hotel was very good for what is cost. Parking was available and easy to access. Rooms were very spacious.
Very spacious room, comfortable beds big fridge, large desk where my son could study. Water slides, laundry on site. Very good breakfast with very tasty sausages. The breakfast was half price for hotel guests. Downtown Canmore is accessible with a ten minute walk
The location is awesome! 15 minute walk to downtown Canmore! Staff were friendly - and smiling! The hotel is pet friendly toowhich is wonderful. The rooms are cozy and they have fireplaces Which is nice during winter. Bed very comfortable - slept like a baby!

This is a RV camp located in an Av. of hotels, restaurants just in the entrance to Canmore. a good local family and fast food restaurant nearby. Grocery store fairly close. Gas station also close. Great opportunity to have the experience on sleep in an RV.
