United StatesThe room was very clean and quiet. Check in was simple, even though we arrived after the host had gone home. The host thought of everything for our own "in room breakfast". We liked the personal touch with the handmade curtains and table covers, etc. The room was modern, but the decor made it very "homey" feeling. The area is a safe area and going for walks in this beautiful area was wonderful.

CanadaSo comfortable, spacious, and clean for our family with two young kids. Close to Frosty’s, the park. Mary the host was so hospitable and responsive, and offered a fridge and pantry full of complimentary goodies.

Love Haines Junction. Only small but in a magic location.
Love Haines Junction. Only small but in a magic location. The drive from Whitehorse to HJ is spectacular. If you have the opportunity to take a flight over Kluane National Park Glacier, do so - will be one of the most memorable experiences ever. The Village Bakery is a must on a Friday Night - book online for the Salmon Bake & live music. Their sourdough bread is the best and it's real sourdough!! If you are staying for an extended period, would recommend getting groceries in Whitehorse before arriving in Haines Junction - whilst there is a lovely grocery store there, it is very small. Fuel is available also in HJ. The Information Centre is incredible with helpful staff and there are plenty of beautiful walks.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

There isn't a lot in Haines Junction, but there is a small grocery store, gas stations and a few restaurants. The views are amazing, and it is in a good location for Kluane National Park - the visitor & cultural centre was interesting and also located in Haines Junction. We ate at 1016 pub which was right next to our hotel, really convenient. There isn't a lot of choice on the menu, but great to grab a burger. We ate here 2 nights, but the first night we waited nearly an hour for food which was disappointing. Outside seating great when weather allows. We stayed at this rental driving to and from Anchorage. It is super clean, great bed, comfortable couch, bathroom has plenty of room, nice breakfast provided (in room) with several options. It is a large studio and extremely functional. The view of the mountains is amazing! Nice owners-we would definitely stay here again. This place is wonderful!Guest review byAnonymous - 6.0

Haines Junction is at one of the important Yukon...
Haines Junction is at one of the important Yukon intersections and a very good starting point for one or the other scenic drives (two of them you automatically do, the third one would be an additional option). It definitely is worth to visit the Yukon Visitor Information Centre with very nice and knowledgeable staff, and it also hosts the Kluane National Park's main visitor centre.Guest review byKlausCanada

Shower/bath was nice and I loved the complimentary soaps/shampoos and the sewing kit! very handy! I can't usually sleep at hotels, and I stay away often, however I actually slept well here.
