- The reception lady (Vladimyra was her name if I'm not mistaken) was very nice, always willing to help us and with a smile on her face.
- The check-in was fast and smooth - very smart the e-check in option.
- The breakfast was AMAZING. Big variety even 30 minutes before the end, nice place, nice utensils (loved the set of serving pots).
- The room(suite) was spacious enough. Loved the 2 toilets, very convenient.
- Loved the option of smile bonus card in the room where if you feel like, you can write on it the name of the hotel employee with which you were satisfied and drop it at the box in the reception on your check-out.
- It was a 30 minutes ride(by car) from Cesky Krumlov and 10-minutes ride(by car) from Hluboka nad Vltavou.

5 minute walk from gorgeous main square with lots of cafes, shops, breakfast places. Downstairs in the building there is a good looking Spanish tapas bar., was closed for Easter weekend. We'll try it next time!

The hotel is located in a building which houses a wellness centre where you can book a massage or sauna. It is best to book it on advance. You enter your room from a little patio, which might be nice in the summer. The location is perfect - very close to the historical centre, bars and restaurants, bus stops and a big parking lot. It was peaceful and quiet. The room looks better in reality than in the photos. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.

Lovely historic town, super Xmas markets - better than Prague. Loads of great bars and several superb microbreweries as well as the world famous Budvar brewery which is well worth a tour.
Great parks and loads of easy walking around the town make it a pleasure to visit.
Good transport links and nearby Cesky Krumlov is a must see.

For a Czech city it was surprisingly uninspiring, the old town is beautiful and it's easy to get around. There is no castle or other major attraction. There's a brewery which proved to be very interesting.

Besides having a beautiful city centre and plenty of good cafes and restaurants and shops, the city is convenient as a hub from which to visit nearby towns in South Bohemia such as Ceske Krumlov, and to link with hiking and bicycle trails.
The Regional Museum is also well worth spending a few hours in.
One thing that online Maps fail to advise, is that Ceske Budejovice has a comprehensive bus network, that is inexpensive.
Overall the people seem happy and friendly to tourists.

Small, less touristy town. Nice town along the river.
Small, less touristy town. Nice town along the river. Has some nice parks and large town square. Not as cute as some other Czech towns but is home to the original Budweiser. Do the tour to learn all about the beer and taste it. The Hluboka Castle is 30 minutes north of the city. If you have time rent a car or use the public transport (bus or train) to go see it. It’s a beautiful, Winchester palace inspired castle. Large ground territory and free to explore. You can pay to do tours inside the castle but walking outside the castle is already worth the visit.

It's not a flashy city.
It's not a flashy city. The vibe was more a working city, not really on the tourist route, but it has a nice, quiet quality. The Old City Center is small and very walkable, though not as big and famous as Český Krumlov - and also not as expensive. It makes a nice stopover between Linz and Prague, with a visit to Český Krumlov in between.

The hotel is very comfortable and the location is perfect, because this city does get a bit lively at night, and so the hotel's location away from the main square means that the noise from it doesn't get into the hotel rooms, while still being close enough that you can easily walk there if you want to. The breakfast was good and the room was more spacious than I had expected.
The hotel is located in the historical downtown of Ceske Budejovice, between the river Vltava and the square of II. Ottokar. The antique style is combined wery well with modern equipment. Spacious room, comfortable bed, private terrace. The car can be parked in a closed yard ~20m from the hotel. Breakfast included with great ham and eggs made fresly be the staff!
We had a perfect corner room on the 16th floor with a stunning view, so we loved the panorama! On foot, the city center is about 15 minutes walk.
Breakfast was outstanding with many choices. Parking was included, big open -air parking place only for guests.
A big plus: hotel is dog-friendly, so we could bring our poodle.
The apartment is located on the perfect place close to main train and bus station and also close to city center. Apartment was clean and beautiful decorated. The bed was so comfy. When I would like to go back to Ceske Budejovice, I will deffinitelly choose the same apartment.
Great location, easy to reach the city center. Well designed apartment for a comfortable stay. Such a comfy bed! Friendly approach of the owner. If I will come back to Ceske Budejovice, I will definitely stay here again.
