Amazing friendly staff. When he knew i was new in Germany he was supportive and welcoming. When I asked for directions he Gladly shared all needed information. The breakfast was great and wholesome, and to my surprise they even have HALAL salami and cold meat tray which is extremely rare to find here.
Also they have a little vending machine where you can take whatever you want at night and pay later which is wonderful and convenient when you crave something at night.

The old town is very charismatic and walkable.
The old town is very charismatic and walkable. Also there is a cable car which takes you to a castle on the opposite side of the river. One frustration, for us, was trying to find a German restaurant. Plenty of Italian and other nationalities, but very difficult to find a German restaurant in the Old Town area. Koblenz appears to be popular with river cruises and we believe offers day cruises "in season". We did find one "hidden gem" in the Old Town, Wirthaus am Huhnermarkt. Without a doubt, they serve the best Wiener Schnitzel we have ever had.

I have a lot of photos to share so other people don’t make the same mistake we did. On Entering the hotel we were horrified by the condition of it. I now understand why you only post what the rooms look like. It was filthy. I had an asthma attack almost straight away. The dues, cobwebs broken doors NOT TO MENTION THAT THE WINDOWS WHERE NAILED SO THEY CANNOT BE OPENED. IT IS A FIRE HAZARD WAITING TO HAPPEN AND THERE IS NO WAY OUT OTHER THEN THE FRONT DOOR. FIRST NIGHT WE STAYED ELSEWHERE DUE TO ME GETTING SICK , second NIGHT we spent the night at your Honeybee which was a disaster. YOUR HONEEBEE COST $ 2000 dollars and although we tried to contact the manager to place us else where HE CHOSE TO ONLY COMUNICATE IN GERMAN THEN TOTALLY IGNORED US AND DID NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE. WE BOOKED OURSELFS INTO ANOTHER HOTEL WHICH WAS LOVELY AND CLEAN. SO FAR WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMPASSION FOR OUR 10 days we were supposed to have stayed there. If any one wants to see photos of HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS I AM HAPPY TO SHAER. 🤬😱😢🥺😩📷

Very nice city in itself, full of great restaurants and things to see and do, but also as a starting place to explore the Mosel and the Rhine river in their most beautiful setting. Many opportunities for sightseeing by car, train, and boat. And do not forget the great wines to taste in this part of Germany!

Koblenz was a nice surprise!
Koblenz was a nice surprise! Of course: when you are (like we were) staying in a hotel located in the Altstadt and just walk around in that area, you only see a small part of Koblenz, but oh so nice! The place where the Mosel joins the Rhine at the Deutsches Eck.
Nice quiet location reasonably close to the city center. We came by bike and it was a 5 min ride to the old town. There are nearby restaurants and groceries. Our apartment had a big fridge, lots of windows and a balcony onto the rear courtyard, a comfy bed and couch, and one coin op laundry machine in the basement. Our host left us a small bottle of wine and coffee mixes, very fance. The room itself was large and comfortable.
Friendly staff, the wonderful hardworking maid who welcomed me very early in the morning to the hotel, and the very professional and polite manager whose English is very good and also gave me the room key after breakfast.
Due to my work schedule, I had to check in very early (~7 am) and check out very early as well, which worked out flawlessly. though the process had some fees. Overall I was satisfied. Super! :)
A lovely view of the river from pur balcony and at a reasonable cost. Room itself was well organized with a very comfortable.bed. Had a tasty meal just two doors down from the hotel and there was slso a pizzeria next door. Just a block away. I found a great little store with various choices of liquor and snacks.. Wish we could have stayed longer!
The apartment is really nice, just like in the photos, centrally located, 10 min. walk from the beautiful Old Town and the river. Well equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean bathroom and comfortable bedroom. We also had a free private parking lot in an nearby garage. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting Koblenz, especially families.
Large, clean room with excellent layout. Views of the Rhine and the fortress. Quiet area with lots of greenery. A bit of a walk to the old town but there are buses to there and to the station. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with quality breads, cheeses and the nicest scrambled eggs ever, served in a pleasant riverside room.
Location- felt like I was living in the old town. Staff - friendly and extremely helpful. I'm not fluent in German, only there for a couple of days. Staff was fluent in English and totally helped reduce some anxiety.
Room - astounding view of the ancient church and courtyard. The church bells were a plus too.
Nice hotel and a restaurant a bit further away from Koblenz center. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, it was a pleasure! Great albeit a bit slow-to-get-food restaurant, great wine as well (not their own, but local). Good breakfast buffet, nice private parking at the site.
The location was ideal. Everything I wanted to visit, including the Deutsches Eck and the Old Town were just a few minutes on foot. The rooms were very nice, the breakfast was outstanding. They have a nice bar area to relax and have a few drinks. It was great@
Location , Facilities and smooth Check in .
Also they reserved the parking right next to Apartment for a reasonable price of 10 Euro / Day .
Walking distance to old town .
Superb customer experience.
Would highly recommend !!
Great Location for seeing old town Koblenz, the Rhine, sightseeing and eating out. Having two balconies works well - one bustling old town, one quiet views of the fortress. A good idea having fans available for hot weather.
Hotel was good situated near the Stadtmitte railway station (note: not Hauptbahnhof) and very near from the old town. Yard side room was ok, not any noice from outside.
Breakfast was good and room was clean.
The hotel room was very good, exactly as seen on the pictures and described in the descriptions. The staff was very helpful and net, and the breakfast was marvelous. All of them on a very friendly price.
The location was steps from the train station and you could see the bus station from the hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Good breakfast in pleasant room.
Very clean, modern and well appointed. We appreciated the fan. Comfortable bed. It is exactly as it looks in the picture.
It is perfectly situated for the old town, and for the riversides.
Accessibility to public transport. The hotel is just opposite of the Train Station. The price is affordable with a breakfast buffet included. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The hotel was close to the train station and a short walk to the old town. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good value for money.
