We liked everything, the room, the view, the little balcony, the receptionists, the dining room staff, the food. Almost forgot - they gave us free transport passes for zones A,B and C, which saved us so much trouble dealing with transport tickets. That was such a nice surprise!!

The breakfast was really good, the staff was exceedingly helpful and fluent in English, the bar had a surprisingly good selection, the location was convenient to the historic center of town, and there was air conditioning — which is rare in Europe!

Being an historical building, it had a lot of character. The rooms were very large, simply furnished but very comfortable. The breakfast area was extremely pleasant and the breakfast was very original with a huge variety of choices i.e.with the ability to make your own fresh squeezed juice.
