All the staff was really lovely and kind! They were outstanding at all times! In addition to that, the hotel is beautiful. All the facilities sugest you to have a good time and relax! The small details make a big difference! We just loved everything! I really recomend it, if you want to have a relaxing time. Not very good for loud groups, since it's a quiet environment. And can't forget about the food! Delicious and amazing breakfast!

We booked a double room but ended up being placed in a two bedroom suite. We had plenty of room to spread out! The staff was courteous. The breakfast buffet was extensive with farm-fresh eggs, cold cuts, wonderful bread rolls (fresh from the bakery), cheese, yogurt...and of course, hot beverages and juice. The views were incredible from the dining room and our suite. Everything is sparkling clean.

The staff was extremely friendly and walked the extra mile to serve and assist their guests. The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. The hotel location was excellent. It is within walking distance of the train station, two big supermarkets and shops. Also, it is within walking distance of historical sites and the city centre. The room was smaller than I expected, with a single bed (I can't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel with a single bed!), but it was super comfortable. The bathroom was also small but the room had absolutely everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel also has a spa, even though, I didn't use it. The breakfast was amazing as well, so much variety, and delicious. The hotel is building a pool to provide extra benefits and comfort to its guests. The views from the room were amazing. Berchtesgaden is AMAZINGLY beautiful, a must-visit city.
