The hotel is very clean and close to the city center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the story of the Artist that created the Fairy Tale characters within the hotel. Each room is unique for either a business trip during the week or weekend stay while visiting Hanau. There even bus service that come by the hotel to take you to the city center. Wednesday and Saturday mornings are days to visit the Farmers Market in the city. Hotel has a wonderful Breakfast buffet in the mornings. Hotel location has parking close by as well.

    Very spacious room. It was a quadruple room actually as we were traveling with our twins. Room was almost like a playground big and good view to the street. Five star for the jacuzzi. Wasn’t expecting that. Lots of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Parking space was 5 mins walk and 8 euros for whole day. Breakfast was v good with nice spread. Coming from Netherlands where everything this super expensive, this place was like heaven. Overall very good hotel

    Great breakfast, buffet style taken in the main hotel. Large room, basic but adequate. There are stairs no lift. This is an annex above a steak house - you need to go around the corner to the main hotel, which has a seated statue of one of the Grimm Brothers outside, to collect your key, Very near the bus station, market and town centre. Hanau has a direct S-Bahn line to the airport and is a major rail hub so good public transport.

    The staff, from arrival to departure! Always helpful, very pleasant to talk with, as a English guy in Germany with very poor language skills their efforts were appreciated. Although a little tucked away within a few minutes drive there was everything from fast food, supermarkets and motorway links.

    Convenient location. Late check-in. Clean. Large room. The quiet rooms (facing the back of the hotel) were quiet, good sound proofing between rooms. Friendly efficient staff.
